Been using their services for 5+ years.Excellent customer service! Just ordered another printer for a second business and the service is just as great.Top notch from start to finish - great communication, fair pricing, continual support and servicing. Ask for Caroline in the office! She is amazing.Our installer arrived 30 min ahead of schedule, seamlessly installed our machine and was out 30 min ahead of schedule as well. Super thankful for superior local service.

I have been with ECS for over 5 years. I must say, they provide a great service for an unbelievable price. Anytime I need anything, Sam ALWAYS answers my calls and fixes any issues right way. I have upgrade 3 copiers and can't be happier. Do not waste time with the direct copy machines buy for less and get the customer service we all need as small business owners. A+
