We traveled from Miami to Orlando and ended up hitting a piece of debris on the turnpike. Tire went flat due to a crack in the rim. Dr Rim was recommended so we dropped it off there Friday at 5. Repaired the next morning by 11. They close at 1 on Saturdays and closed Sunday. We picked up the car and parked at our hotel. Woke up Sunday morning to a flat tire. Went to Costco tire and they showed me the active leak of air coming from a crack in the rim that was repaired the day before. Of course Dr rim is closed. Traveled back to Miami with the spare. Now I'm paying for a different company to repair my rim. I contacted Dr rim Monday morning and their only suggestion was to bring the tire back from Miami. They were nice. I even tipped the guy. However, this service was a waste of time and money. Not able to provide a reasonable solution for their mistake.

Last week I bent my rim and took it there and they repaired it same day. I arranged to come back the following week which was this Wednesday and dropped the car off to have all four rims refinished and painted and they did a stellar job. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and I picked it up Friday by lunch time and all four rims look like they just came from the showroom no more curb rash! Their customer service is outstanding the staff is friendly. Hoping I don't have to but I would use them over and over again. Their pricing is reasonable too. They found out after they removed my rims that there were 2 others that were bent and needing repair, one with soldering. The front desk called me to be sure I understood and if I wanted to proceed. No work was done without my explicit consent. Great place with outstanding work.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. The customer service was poor, unresponsive, and dismissive. When I requested to speak with management, they claimed they weren't available without checking. They charged my card $250 without explaining or finalizing payment details. Despite waiting an hour to discuss arrangements, I felt disregarded, lacking empathy.Even after a partial payment, they failed to complete the job on the agreed date. In contrast, Bent Rim Repair provided excellent service. They maintained the promised payment, charged half the price with a quicker turnaround, and delivered a flawless job. The competition demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout.If i could have given this company a NEGATIVE ZERO I would!!!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
