The whole staff is amazing. I brought my puppy there from the time she was 8 weeks old until she passed at almost 16. They helped me through until the end. They are the best.

We were displaced by a hurricane and they saw my boy LouLou on a Saturday. LouLou has a history of blocking and I was concerned. They checked him out and gave him some fluids and gabapentin as preventative measures. They were great with my boy, he's shy. They even called to check on him. I very much recommend this veterinarian and his staff if you live in the Orlando area, or if you find yourself in need away from home.

This was our first vist I have yorkie that has anxiety and we are on vacation we were told she was not allowed on the airplane if she was not asleep or drowsiness so we went to get meds so we can leave Tuesday evening back to jersey her first time traveling on a plane know time to travel back home but thanks to Dr Phillips we got her meds

We needed to do a euthanization for our pet. We called and they could get us in the same day. Our pet died at home before the appointment, but they still let us bring his body in and they did a cremation. We got his remains and a clay paw print back a week later with a beautiful note. They also sent a sympathy card in the mail. Overall we had a good experience with them even though it was a difficult time. I do wish it was possible to bring a pet in for immediate euthanization without an appointment. I also noticed the office was a little busy and chaotic (kind of small) and I wish we could have been taken to a room to say goodbye to our pet one last time before they took him. It was a little abrupt when they took the box from us. Overall they did well with small areas for improvement.

Really kind, super helpful! Sometimes you have to wait a little bit because A service emergencies and walk-ins. But the vet has always been knowledgeable and helpful!

I am so disappointed with my visit today. Prior to the doctor coming out I let the nurse know I was having a hard time keeping my dog’s weight up and I couldn’t afford a lot at that moment and I couldn’t afford blood work being done. She leaves and they both come out he says my dog is not well taken care of while also saying she needs blood work done. When if I got the blood work done we would find out why she’s having a hard time keeping her weight up. I was pretty much shit on when I let them know I couldn’t afford it at the moment. They made me feel horrible!! I have had my girl for 10 years and never had this type of thing happen. Your doctor (Bilal Qasim) may be a great doctor but he has terrible bed side manners!! They didn’t offer any information about how I can increase her food or any payment plans so she can get the best. They also told me to get Capstar while I was getting Bravecto just for it to be the same thing (and he didn’t even explain what Capstar was only for me to look it up myself)

I visited today as an emergency as my furbaby had a cracked tooth and hematoma on his ear. Dr Qasim and his team are amazing!!! The love and care they provide is 100 percent genuine. Dr Qasim was able to perform surgery the same day which was amazing because I didn’t want my furbaby in any more pain!! I recommend this place to anyone that wants the best care and customer service for their furbaby!! Thank you Dr Qasim

I do not recommend this vet.
Brought our pup for an emergency visit late night after he had a little fall. The emergency walk-in fee is $500 flat. The front desk was on her personal phone paying little attention, the DR. Wouldn’t give any direct recommendations on course of action and how serious to take the injury, and we could hear the nurses joking and essentially making fun of our little guy from the other room while he got scared to be held down for an examination.
