Prices are lower than other ACE stores, professional help from senior staff is readily available and saves buying more than I need.

Nice to have a neighborhood hardware store for those odd jobs, yard work, and home repairs. So much easier to get in and out and to get helpful service than the Big Box stores like Home Depot. Wish they offered a senior discount like the Ace in California.

I was there today and oh my gosh, I've never felt so not like a problem. I walked in lost and barely able to describe what I wanted, all the associates were super nice and patient. Helped me find everything I need and didn't bat an eye when I awkwardly stuffed it all in my little backpack (after paying) on the way out.
I should've remembered their names ?. But next I come back I'll remember to name drop in my review.

I would like to give you 0 starts. Employee/ Supervisor Mike is probably the most arrogant person I have ever met. Very unknowable about Tony just most products but about the products ACE hardware sells and brands. I truly was not impressed when you spoke down to my wife when she asked you a location of your item. Who ever manages Mike should take a hard look at your customer experience expectations as this gentlemen does not meet it. I didn’t realize being the Blackshirt at ACE gave you a god complex. I’m sad to say Home Depot and Lowe’s in Pine Hills offers better customer service and they are the worst stores in the area.

They do a good job of keeping items in stock even though it is a smaller store and when it comes to customer service the employees have been on top of their game every time I go in. Happy to have Ace in the neighborhood.

The owners of this location are amazing. They have been assisting me for over two months with surprising my husband with a Big Green Egg. They assisted in delivering the grill, stand, etc. to my house as well. They were kind, consdierate, and helpful! We can't wait to use our new Big Green Egg. We will highly recommend your store to anyone!
