First visit and VERY pleased, Dr Moran really took time with us, asking history, explaining step by step what treatment is recommended, office staff was very nice, the assistant (sorry don't remember name) also very nice and helpful with my Teddy. Highly recommend HC animal hospital. Someone h"gave low because of cost, I've found it to be comparable to other vets that are only there to make $, it's a business but Hunters Creek seems to care more about our fur babies than other places. Our pets are our family and I prefer to go where they care and take time with us for me that is Hunters Creek.

I have been taking my dog Teddy to Crystal Creek Animal Hospital for about 5 years. Previously, it was an environment where they made you feel special, you went to look for your pet and they sent for it in the sweetest and most special way, letting the staff know that Teddy Torres's mother (in my case) was there. I currently have 3 dogs that I take to the clinic. I pay the monthly payment of $52.00 for each one. We are talking about more than $150 per month in just insurance. You would expect at least the customer service to be good. However, for some time now that has not been the case. Especially today, I had noticed that the manager in charge of the girls at reception was very rude to them, her abrupt way of addressing them, something that obviously as a client makes me feel uncomfortable and I had to tell her about it. I had a situation where they let me know that I owed $800 on an incorrect account. For a few months where, due to lack of organization on their part, they did not make the charges nor did they notify me of it in the multiple check-up calls they made to me and in the multiple opportunities that I was there. Last week alone I went 3 times and spent almost $700 on top of the $150 per month. But I was never notified that the monthly plan charges had not been processed. Today I was rudely informed that due to a mistake on their part they could not receive my dog. Giving me to understand that it was my responsibility to reach an agreement with the insurance company, when I found out about it it was because of them since they recommend it as part of their service. With all this, my purpose is to congratulate you for being physically growing but to recommend that you not continue losing clients as you already lost us for not maintaining the high standard of costumer service that attracted me to you in the past. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT RESPONDING TO THE VIEWS, I WISH THEY WERE THIS GOOD AT RESPONDING TO THE PROBLEMS THEY CREATE IN PERSON. NOW THEY ALLEGE THAT THE CARD HAD NO FUNDS WHEN THE SYSTEM DOES NOT EVEN MATCH THE REALITY OF THE AMOUNT OWED. ON THE OTHER HAND THE MANAGER HAS NOTHING TO SAY REGARDING HER DEALING WITH THE EMPLOYEES.

The personnel is very caring and the doctors are very know a lot about pets of different kinds. The visits are not timed, the doctor will take the time needed to asses, treat and make recommendations for your pet and due to this sometimes the wait can be long. I recommend them every time I have the chance.

Great staff and service. Prices seem reasonable. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because sometimes it's hard to get an appointment when our pets are sick.

I would give them a zero for compassion. I called day before and spoke to a receptionist explained what was going on we schedule an appointment for 2 days away. Receptionist explained that if I need an emergency appointment it was $160 and they would work us in. At no time was I told to call ahead . Well I show up this morning I assume it's the office manager was extremely rude. I'm not a child and don't need to be talk to in front of people like a am. We are new to area and won't be back! I on a positive note Alafaya Trail Animal Hospital recommended by a local rescue was extremely helpful we are on are way there now!!

Overpriced for minimum care. They told me that nothing was wrong with my cat but she ended up having several health complications that could've been treated beforehand. They just took my cat in the office while I waited outside, then they returned with her and said that she was 'fine'. Unprofessional. I do not plan on going back there again.

This place has become a huge disappointment. I've been bringing my dogs here (as many as 4 at a time) since approximately 2004. At first they seemed loving and caring. Not any more. This place is just another money grab now doling out what is at best average care. They now send out regular e-commerce emails trying to sell you one thing or another. I pointed out that Sam's and Costco had heart guard for less than 1/2 what they were charging and I suddenly wasn't able to get a copy of my dogs' prescription to take and have filled elsewhere. Then, one of my pups gets a seriously deep laceration to her paw and a Monday morning urgent call to them was responded to with a "we may be able to get you in on Thursday". I'll be seeking out a new vet for my girls.

Dr. Moran went out of her way to call and check on my puppy she truly cares about her patients. She was super reassuring and informative. I've only had good interactions with the staff anytime I've called or brought my dog in. Prices are pretty good too!

I recently moved to the area and was in need of finding a vet. I read the great reviews and decided to bring my dog here. I'm so glad I did. Although I couldn't get down due to Covid, both Jaime and Dr Kirven were absolutely wonderful. Dr Kirven answered all my questions thoroughly. They both made me feel comfortable and that my dog was in great hands. I highly recommend this facility if your in need of a vet.

They were so caring today and very patient. I had to put my Bertha down and they gave me all the time i needed. They have been with me from the begining when I rescued Bertha and they were there at the end. She first came to them and she had a hard time entering a door and they made her feel special. She always loved going to see them. This is Wonderful place to take your pets. They all truely care...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Not sure how these people stay in business. Here is our story: So we took our puppy in for his 3rd set of vaccines. They said arrive 10 minutes early as we were new customers. We showed up 15 minutes early and the sign at the door said call and let them know we were there so they could come out. I called and they put me on hold, while I was sitting on hold several other cars pulled in and employees came out to those cars and took the owners animals inside. I finally stopped one of the employees and they said oh they will get to just wait. Still on hold we waited.... and waited it was now 15 minutes past our appointment time and finally the phone went to their voicemail. I asked the employee again when they came out what was going on and he said oh they are very busy and will get to you. I called back in and the lady answered the phone this time, I explained we had arrived for our appointment and had been waiting quite a while at this point etc, she said we will send someone out, after another 10 minutes a lady came out with a clipboard to have us fill out the new client sheet which we had filled out and emailed in the night before. I explained that we had already done that and she said fine I will go put it in and send someone out to pick up the dog. We waited another 10 minutes, I finally called back in and the lady said she was putting everything in the computer but it takes a while and she would send someone out right away. ...and another 10 minutes of waiting, I called in again and they finally sent someone out, I accompanied them to the exam room. A lady walked in and asked what was the problem, I started to explain that we were a bit frustrated by the wait etc and as I was explaining the so called "Doctor/Owner" walked in and said and I quote " I have an easy solution for your issue, you can leave and go somewhere else" I was stunned and so of course I asked him if he thought it was okay to act that way toward a client, According to him we disrespected him by not waiting patiently for as long as it took for his staff to stop being incompetent and actually provide decent customer service. As I was leaving he was still being rude so I asked him again if he thought his behavior was acceptable or even professional and he responded by telling me to get off his property or he would call the sheriff? Seriously folks do not let your loved ones within 50 feet of this guy. I can understand things being a little crazy with everything going on in the world but to treat a fellow human being the way they treated us is beyond absurd. Needless to say we found another vet that has a professional office place and will be taking care of our little guy.
