After a bad experience in another business located in Kissimmee . My coworker recommended this location and I’m super glad he did. The staff is friendly and professional! All of them from the counter person up frontón person that takes your vitals to the doctor ! It was such a smooth process to get my CDL medical card ! Thank you !

Do not come here for DOT physical. They do nat care what your primary says. Wanted sleepstudy against primarys recommendation and couldnt get one for months. Then said here is a refund good luck as card expires.

I am currently at the office at the moment to get updated medical card to keep a hold of cdl on my current drivers license the assistant miss Lorena was very polite and super nice with warm welcoming smile she gave me the paper and told to me sit in the waiting room to fill out once I was done it less then 1 minute for dr. Bayla to call me into her office the hold physical took less then 10mins or less miss bayla was very professional and nice at her job and she was very clear on explaining everything about my urine test and also about my new medical card I was very pleased with this location and staff I would highly recommend this office to any body getting any test they providing at there office

Super clean and efficient, no appointment needed, me and my wife were in and out in less than an hour. The price is $69 and they even put the plastic cover for the card.

Today was my first time visiting this clinic for a DOT physical and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everything is organized in a way that is very time efficient. My advice to you is to come here for your DOT physical needs. The doctor and staff were very professional. If you’d like to be in and out; go on their website before visiting and print out the form you need and fill it out so you can have it ready upon arrival. Make sure you drink some water so you can urinate. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I’ll be coming back in 2 years and I’ve already referred my father and friends to this location.
