Vehicle: Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited - Alex was very easy to work with. Explained and answered the questions we had. His knowledge of Subarus was very apparent, and helped us feel even more at ease with our purchase. Eli was also able to answer various finance questions that we had. Both Alex and Eli helped take care of some pre delivery items before we took the car home. Overall, this car buying experience was amazing. Thank you to all those at Sport Mitsubishi that had a part in making this huge decision so much easier.

I called to schedule a maintenance appointment for my vehicle and the person I spoke with could not spare 1 minute for me to arrive at my car to get my Vin number. Therefore, I had to call back. I was literally a few steps from my vehicle.

Had an excellent experience at Sport Mitsubishi! My salesman Alex Tamer was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took me to the car I asked for and didn't apply tricky techniques or high pressure tactics. I traded in my previous vehicle and got a fair value for it from Eli Alicea, who was also friendly and non-intrusive. They didn't get funny with the numbers or inundate you with various fees like most dealerships do. Importantly, I felt like everyone was up front and honest. Sometimes buying a car can feel like a battle at every turn, but this was more of a friendly business exchange. Thanks to the whole team for a positive experience, will definitely recommend this dealership.

Bought a new car here yesterday. I came in knowing what I wanted. They were super respectful and when the initial car had a higher payment than I wanted, they worked with me to get a different trim of the same car with the same features I wanted at a payment level I was much more comfortable with. I didn’t feel pressured at any time and really appreciated their open and clear communication through the whole buying process. And at the end of the day, I love my car :)

First appointment. Brought my Mitsubishi in for couple of issues (usb port and some front camera) it had. In order to inspect the car they obviously opened it. And then they ordered a usb part which I paid upfront ultimately to be back for next appointment for installation. After first appointment took car home on the way I noticed car was revving so bad and I also found a piece they took out and didn't put back, so I had to call again and bring it back. Then I noticed AC is making loud noise as well, and it didn't until they opened car for inspection. Today I am back again for installation of usb. I told Rafael that AC is making noise after they opened car. PS. I called him to let him know about it after I brought it in for revving issue, he said no problem would look at it. Today when I brought it up he tells me: "if we did it we will fix it or else you are responsible". I say I am not responsible since it happened after they did inspection. I brought car in for other issue and they created two new issues!!! I am not recommending this place!!!
