What should have been considered a new, well-stocked store, the Dollar Tree located at 2112 E Colonial Dr. Orlando, actually turned out to be a completely inadequate and inconvenient store.I am 66 years old and I was accompanied by my wife who is 63. On November 30th, around 5 pm, after filling our shopping cart almost half full, we needed to use the bathroom. We politely asked the employee. He looked at us with contempt - his arrogance was obvious - from top to bottom, he thought... and claimed that the bathrooms were closed for cleaning.Well, we needed to use them, we are not children, and a terrible inconvenience almost occurred. The employee did not show any friendliness, politeness or simply sensitivity.We dropped everything in the cart and headed to another establishment. We were horrified by the store and never intend to go back there again.Be warned: don't count on the friendliness and attention of the employees at this store.

My absolute Happy Place when I’m stateside! I can walk the aisle all day. This location is new. The aisle are wide and the shelves are fully stocked. The staff was friendly with a pleasant greeting.

First time shopping here since they moved to the new location. Much bigger store more merchandise. Very clean so far and friendly employees. Definitely will shop here again

The line was from the register to the back wall which has become the norm at this location. Always one cashier. Eventually the manager jumped on a register. If I didn't need what I had, I would have left. It's the closest Dollar Tree to my home but the worst location to shop

Very deceptive! Be careful, some items are $3, $4 and $5 now! Who would suspect to pay $5 at a $1.25 store?? Just WRONG!

Handed the cashier a $20 and got change for a $5Made the store balance the till and it magically balanced after she shuffled the bills around.Were Canadians and only had a couple American bills. We had exactly 1 x $20 American bill on this trip and now we don't. They absolutely short changed us maliciously or not.

Workers are overworked and not paid enough. And thus are unable to actually care about their jobs. Store is always hot. Randy is one of the worst store managers I've worked under and is extremely racist. Overall a real piece of work.
