I really hope they fix the air conditioning ASAP. I come to this location every Saturday and for the past month these employees have been without air conditioning. I’m surprised they are still coming in for their shift. I saw a previous review commenting about employee appearance and I’ll say this, I’m sure they would dress better if they weren’t having to work with no A/c in Florida in the summer. I was happy to see the store closed yesterday on a Saturday. I’m hoping they fix the a/c for their employees.

Kind of Ghetto. Cashier was not professional and the manager Tom is very sloppy with his dress appearance. He walks around dragging his feet on the floor. Nothing is in it's appropriate price zone. Merchandise is in wrong pricing areas. Store is not managed properly.

My first time shopping at this location. I asked the cashier for my receipt and he told me it was in the front of me, pick it off the floor. Thats when I looked down and saw all the receipt were just falling out of the print machine and nobody was picking them up. So you telling me like a animal to pick up my receipt off the ground!! Just because you are in a low income area you should treat people like trash and not care about the upkeep of your establishment? The people in the community didn't ask for a dollar general, you decided to come in that area. SO UPKEEP IT AND STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THE TRASH YOU REFUSE TO EMPTY AND PICK UP!!!

I've never seen a parking lot filled with so much trash and debris. Otherwise well organized. Good selection of items. I can only hope someone will address it.

It's unfortunate this store is so badly mis-managed. I get the $5 coupon every Saturday and literally seethe going into this store. Nothing is every stocked, there are empty boxes everywhere cluttering the aisles, and the trash is piled up in the parking lot and the bins outside. I'm going to find another DG to shop at, this needs new management and a team of people who care.

I must shop this store two to three times a week and if it wasn't for Mary and Kevin I would probably ride right past and go to another location Mary is always so nice and always very concerned about myself and my mom she makes us feel like Family everytime we come in! SO THANK YOU MARY AND KEVIN FOR ALWAYS MAKING US FEEL LIKE FAMILY!!!!

Sold my girlfriend an expired bag of candy from January. How is candy from January on the shelf in October for Halloween? The worst part is the employees always have an attitude and gave her a hard time about returning it. She wanted a refund and since they emailed her a receipt they said it wouldn't be possible. She had to exchange it for another bag even though she didn't want to. Thankfully the new bag wasn't expired but the service was bad all around.

Manager threatened my friend's 84 year old grandmother for taking a cart home temporarily. They live RIGHT NEXT TO THE STORE and he FOLLOWED HER HOME. There was a child in the home as well and the manager was screaming and making threats in front of the child.Is this acceptable behavior for this company's employees? To STALK their customers and THREATEN them in their own home?
