This motor vehicle is beautiful, spacious and nicely located. However, the employees & supervisor seems to forget that they are public servants and our taxpayers dollars are paying them.They need to put a smile on their faces & truly try to help customers instead of having a sense of superiority. We do not go there for handouts, nor do we go there for favors or to make friends!! But a little smile & pleasantries like 'good morning' or answering to 'good morning' will sure show professionalism and make visiting the DMV a pleasant experience.Retrain your employees!!!! Do not allow a beautiful place become unfavourable because of a few ugly employees who think they are above others!!Howrver

System is always down. People take days off; these employees and security guard think it is as easy as to “just make another appointment.” The manager is very disrespectful and came out with an attitude when people started asking questions. If you are in this position, you are to serve the community, not to give attitude. Government agencies and their employees are a joke!

Window 8- Xramira Ramirez. She was very rude. She did not show any piece of respect. She was smiling before talking to me but once she started to talk to me very disrespectfully. She did not help me. She treated me like I am criminal. She never used the words like please, sorry, sir or thank you, only do it , send it, bring it etc. She ruined my whole day. Such these people should not be in public service fields. She does not deserve it.

I didn't have the best experience. The girl who helped me at window #8 was not pleasant and even made fun of her colleague because I didn't understand what she was saying to me in English and she started talking to me in Spanish but was not attentive or professional. On the other hand, their online service was good and they attended to me quite quickly with the exception of the treatment, which was bad!I didn't have the best experience. I visited this so called “dmv “ on Friday 17 around 4:00 pm and they NO LONGER HAD TAGS OR RENEWAL SERVICES !! The security Latino skinny old man was extremely rude !! I asked him how come they are closed to renew tags and he said don’t you see there says TAGS go there is open , I went there and another rude dude said they don’t have renewal tags services at that time and to go somewhere else ! LITERALLY NASTY SERVICE !!!! Like these two are so unhappy with there job they have to be so negative and rude to a customer needing help ! Don’t come here !

My Husband Domingo Castillo was amazed at the way Holly was so helpful. Just when he thought she would give up on him because of all his questions and change requests she became even more helpful! God bless her and may she continue to help others in need.
