Great mid price Disney resort that gets you all the park perks. Dining options limited but acceptable. Kids really love the pools and rooms with their fun Disney movie themes.

We just spent a week here with two kids. Not having a mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave is a little weird. Will have to try for a family room next time. But overall the stay was enjoyable, pools were fun, and the Drop-Off bar at the Nemo pool is great for parents after a long day at the parks!Nearby activities: Pools are fun! Splash pad at the Nemo pool was our favorite. Great spot to let the tiny ones get some energy out.Walkability: Everything is in walking distance that you may need really. What isn't, you can have delivered (groceries, etc.)Food & drinks: Food actually wasn't that bad for the limited menu at the resort. The drinks at the Drop-Off bar were fantastic though. That Captains Mai-Tai was great.Noteworthy details: Being so close to the skyliner and being able to walk to the bus pick up/drop-off was fantastic. Everything works like clock work really. The skyliner itself is pretty much a ride for some kids lol.

My family and I have always had a problem with having enough space at our hotels when we go to Disney World. Not anymore! Art of Animation rooms hold our family comfortably during our time. My kids love the pool and make loads of friends while we're there. My wife's favorite thing is access to the Skyliner. The food is better than you would think. It's the best bang for the buck. Art of Animation is the only hotel for me, especially when you have a decent size family like mine.

The Little Mermaid rooms are extremely small. Nice scenery. After my customer service experience at the front desk I won't ever return to Art of Animation. I don't like being like to and when you call them on it they say oh well. The food isn't very good. Crazy over priced for the quality of it.Rooms: The Little Mermaid rooms are extremely small. The suites are far more comfortable but to expensiveWalkability: Long walk from the Little Mermaid building 8 to the main hall.Food & drinks: Over priced food for the quality of it. Not very good. A few good things but not many. The pop ar the fountains were flat more than notNoteworthy details: Don't be surprised if they lie to you.

Lot of walking from front desk. Suites are not suites. Pull out bed from the wall to land on table you need to eat on. Not very well designed. Meal ticket make sure you like tator tots it's served every meal. Staff at front desk if you get the right one very nice and helpful others watch they are avoiding work.

Elementary school cafeteria style food. Pools are nice. Room is neat. Pea stones all over the place when you walk. Definitely not an ideal resort for the price.

We were able to hop right on the Skyliner from the resort property. Lines were never long. Pools were nice. Rooms were clean. Food service was great.

Im not here to complain about the room or service. Those were all amazing. The thing is, the restaurant was terrible. The food was good but when i was there the first time, I ordered a cheeseburger and after 25-30 minutes, it was still not ready. When i asked someone about it, he just made the burger right in front of me and gave it to me. On the second day, I ordered a meatball sub, I waited 5 minutes and a cast member came up to me and asked me if i needed anything. I said that i was wonderIng if my food was ready, and he said almost done. 15 minutes later i asked another staff member and they said they were still baking it. Few more minutes go by and they gave me my food. It looked like this and cost $15. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the staff were extremely nice.
