We were there, walking around the store fot about 15 minutes, they have a security camera at the front door saying "someone will be with you shortly" and nobody appear. We saw everything waiting and at the end We decided to leave.So, thank you for your amazing customer service ??

I was in need of three small pieces which no other place even had a suggestion for me. After visiting various stone places in the Orlando area Discover Quartz & Granite was the only place that would accomodate my needs. Emilly Costas, from the first day was very attentive and very helpful. Emilly made sure my needs were taken care of and that I was completely satisfied with the final product.

We have just been so pleased with the work in our kitchen - the whole experience went so smoothly - from the beginning when Emily patiently walked us through all the decisions - then the whole process involved every step being done when she said it would - the laser template - followed by pictures of how it would look on our granite - then the amazing installers - so professionall - such expertise and attention to detail - we would highly recommend Discover Quartz to anyone who wants to enjoy this experience and be totally satisfied.

There were a variety of issues with the fit of the counter bar. The main problem is they couldn't get the inside angles on the counter bar to line up with the backsplash. (see photo) They tried 3 times to get it right and failed. The first 2 measurements were done with their laser system and the last one was done by hand when their General Manager made a template onsite in our kitchen. We decided to live with their 3rd try because we didn't trust them to ever get it right.

We're very pleased with the quality, price, and installation of our countertop. We were offered a one step service through our cabinet manufacturer. However, taking the time to visit Discover Quartz and Granite was well worth the time and effort. Emily, the sales representative, was friendly and responsive to our requests with a quick turnaround time from start to finish. I would recommend Discover Quartz and Granite to a friend. ?

Worst experience ever. Worst company ever. Screwed up my kitchen, wouldn’t even work with me on repairing the damages they created, worst customer service, just stay away. Take your money elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could.
