“Lots of variety of products around the store. For the shirts, they should have more sizes available because the ones we liked were either not available or the sizes were limited. The available checkout counters are the self-checkout ones, and there was an employee assisting. Plenty of parking available and a pleasant atmosphere.”

“It's always fun to poke around this store. If you need a last minute gift for a birthday party, this is your spot. It's affordable and they have much nicer items than a dollar store would for not much more money. I always hit this store up for wrapping paper and stocking stuffers come the holidays.”
“I can talk about the store and how clean and organized it is but this review is about Troy who helped us purchase a new recliner today. Immediately when we entered the store, he helped us select the best recliner for us. He went above and beyond to ensure we got what we were looking for and were completely satisfied hassle-free. The other associates were also incredibly helpful and checked on us regularly. Thanks to Troy and Big Lots for the exceptional service today.”

“I really like this particular store becauseIt always has a considerable variety of products, especially in the children's section. The store isn’t very organized to be honest, the products are scattered in different sections. The work team isn’t very friendly. The payment line is too long, and you have to wait longer than normal because there are only 2 cashiers available.”
“I love this Five Below! Like a bougie dollar tree... soooo it's perfect for me lol. Lots of goodies and ORGANIZED! Granted I did stop by early morning so the store was pretty empty. They have a lot of cute home decor and Pinterest worthy items :). I feel like you can find a lot of "on trend" decor. And of course the greatest appeal-- is that prices are great! Of course, being that prices are low, it can be a bit of hit or miss on the quality of product lol. But you know that coming in. So it's still fun to shop around! The employee, Ashley I believe, was also very nice and welcoming and helped me with self checkout. Two thumbs up!”

He helped give us a delivery quote and everything. Extremely knowledgeable staff here at this location. I love Big Lots and I always support them by purchasing from here. “Believe it or not I only came in for the tree collar for five dollars- However I did Peru's the books and I walked around the winter section. I'll grab that some frog fingerless gloves because frogs are my favorite and they were only three dollars. I also grabbed it two books while I was there a book on crystals, channeling the energy of crystals for spiritual transformation as well as a book my partner and I can fill out together. The lady at the front did say good morning and welcome to five below. If you haven't been here I definitely will give it a 10 out of 10 and you have to stop at this five below!”

“Went to look for bunk beds to order online. Computer said they didn’t have any. David knew he had one in the back just wasn’t sure what kind. Took the time to look for me and it’s what I wanted. “This is a nice clean store, but I will agree a little understaffed. They have a good selection of products mostly because there is a 5 above section. Still, you can get good value for most items you're looking for.”
“The other half of a thrift store you always hoped for. Good prices for unopened paint, appliances, books, clothing, novelty electronics, furniture, arts and crafts, toys, food, kitchen supplies, hardware/automotive. Anything you can think of is in there somewhere. Inventory will vary based on luck.”

“If you are looking for household gems line trash bins, mirrors, door hangers, kitchen stuff etc find a DDs. Ive found out that departmental stores are more affordable with those items that other places such as Walmart etc. The only thing is DDs stores are not so neat most but they are still ok to grab and go! So yea 4 stars?”
“This is a nice Big Lots that is medium sized. Cashiers are friendly, and there is a decent variety of things. What is upsetting is all the furniture is pretty overpriced for "discount" furniture, and even generic candy is still overpriced for what is supposed to be a discount store. The prices are about the same as Target there, these days, but at least it's a lot easier to be in and out than Walmart or Target for quick non-perishable items and random household finds.”
“I believe every Dollar Store is equipped with different merchandise what one may have another may not. This store had a lot to offer in the rams of a good select to choose from in merchandise. I would shop there again .”
“Hear me out - we often stay at Hyatt Grand Cypress (bc of their family friendly suite options and amenities - check out that review) and this bargain world is right outside the gates. We stop every time! The selection can’t be beat, the prices are SO much better than in the park, and the store is clean and well kept.
They have Orlando specific as well as a plethora of Disney themed items.”

“The store is pretty clean and most of the staff are nice and friendly. I noticed the Rug Doctor there and inquired about renting it on Saturday, before Easter. When I went back to get it, the manager couldn't find the key. She looked for it for a few minutes, said she couldn't find it, apologized and went to the other worker to ring her items up that she was purchasing. She didn't seem to care much about the situation”
