In June last year, I bought a Schwinn pro floor pump and two bicycles. Afterwards, when I tried to inflate the wheels with the air pump, which I had never used because I was traveling for 6 months out of the country, it was not working. They sold defect good to me. I took it to the Waterfordlakes store, the store where I bought it from, and the friend in the department there determined that the needle inside was missing. I asked for a replacement and they did not respond positively because 90 days had passed. I asked them to have a product warranty of at least 1 year and to replace the part at the end. They left me unanswered without any help, stating that I should send it directly to the Bena Shwinn brand, and that it was now an issue between me and the manufacturer named Shwinn. Even the store manager Mr. We had a short conversation with Blake that was far from resolved. Unfortunately, the process I spent last year, in which the brand-customer relationship was strong, was interrupted by Mr. Blake's approach ended brand engagement in 30 seconds. From now on I will buy all sport equipments directly from the manufacturers, because their business just selling. They don’t care about after selling! Dick’s store is finished for me. Thanks

Sorry to roast you guys but this is pretty much the only way that anyone pays attention these days. Tried to buy a pair of football cleats for my son. Took about 5 minutes of walking back and forth to the shoe kiosk to find a pair in his size (8.5D). Put the info in and waited for someone to bring me my shoes…. And waited and waited some more. After 10 minutes of waiting, I departed. Will order from Amazon. You spend all of that money building a beautiful shoe display with hundreds of different styles, you’d think that you’d pay someone to sell them to people or at least keep your stock out where people can buy them. One more customer lost to Amazon.

Tha name says it all about this place....Some employees are miserable...Sale signs on rack with items that aren't on sale, make sure to check your receipts!

I ordered a pair of Nike running shoes for my wife online. A week later, we got a pair of USED, dirty shoe! picture attached (this pic was taken as soon as she took them out the box) Will never buy from Dick's again!

Was in the store last night, was gonna purchase a few items. I saw a girl maybe late 20's trying to return a pair of shoes she had bought the previous day that she tried to wear not long at all but they were so uncomfortable or didn't fit great when she tried to wear them. They refused to let her and I noticed at first the manager came to look at them shook his head and walked away and wasn't even gonna say anything to the girl. The girl working the counter was also very rude, she giggled at the girl returning the shoes and I felt bad for her. The manager came back over and refused to help. She may have gotten frustrated but she was nicer than I would have been for sure. Put my items down and won't be returning. The young workers seem to not even care about their jobs and all have sour faces and the manager... surprised that's the manager when he came up. Seemed like another employee just walking around the store without a care in the world. Will not be returning. I feel terrible for that girl, I'm glad she had some back up with a friend with her. If I could put zero stars I would.

Golf Pro Bill was very knowledgeable and passionate about all things golf. Helped get my Driver reset and changed out my grips in just a few minutes. Overall great experience ! Coming back for new clubs since I just found out it includes the fitting!

Bought a heavy treadmill. They allowed me to measure the box to see if it would fit and helped me load it. They were helpful even working out pros and cons. Great customer service
