Brenda is a chaotic, rude, loud and neurotic individual. The waiting room video tells you to mention any concerns you may have to your phlebotomy beforehand. So, I told Brenda that I have deep veins and they tend to roll. She immediately started shouting at me that veins don't roll, they move. That she was giving me a free educational class and that she's been doing this for 20 years. She shrieked that she knows all about what her job is and that she doesn't come to my job and tell me what to do. Mind you all of this was completely unsolicited. I did not argue with her, and she just felt the need to treat me with the worst bedside manner I have ever seen or even heard of so I just asked for someone else to help me. She was obviously offended that I got offended at her treatment of me. I was able to get my blood taken with an angel of a woman named Cheryl. Brenda continued to give me dirty looks and basically acting like a complete nut towards me the entire time I was there using any excuse to step into the room I was in. If you have to go there because your insurance only pays for Quest, avoid Brenda like covid, and ask for Cheryl. Cheryl made me feel very comfortable and took my blood better than anyone I've ever experienced.

Great experience! Convenient appointment times, easy to schedule, convenient check-in, friendly staff, nice facility. I have been to this location multiple times and all of the staff has always been excellent!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. It's impossible to reach a human to get a simple billing question answered. I've called at least 30x to get a past due notice bill issue resolved, but the system cannot find my bill. I'm stuck, and there is no one to speak with.

I was on hold for 15 minutes before a live person took the call. She verified my information then put me on hold for another 15 minutes before simply hanging up on me. I tried to pay my bill on both websites provided on their invoice but the account number listed on this invoice is invalid for both sites. Terrible customer service.

Well. I had an appt today at 8:00 AM at this location. It was HORRIBLE!!! Unbelievable. I received a msg " Thanks for waiting,we are ready for you to come in now". So,I came to the door as I could see other patients did before me. The nurse opened the door and LITERALLY stared at me with a such HATE! I was so surprised.She didn't say my name.So,I asked if she called me. She didn't say,she didn't ask "how are you" and so on as usually people ask politely their customers. I asked her if she was OK? She asked me if I was OK! Can you believe it? She said then that she almost hit me with the door. I said that I was far enough that she would hit me with the door. Wow. Is that how employees have to TREAT their patients? It's outrages! It's WRONG! She can't work there. It's scary. I was feeling very uncomfortable. Her skills weren't perfect either as her SCARY WRONG attitude. I want you to know it. It was unacceptable at all. She didn't say "have a nice day" at the end. Nothing. What is the disrespect to patients. No professional ethics. I hope that you fix this problem. Olga.

Shout out to Brenda for maintaining composure while being undeservedly verbally abused in the patient lobby. Guy came in ready to fight someone, and took it out on Brenda by shouting a slew of terrible things at her while she was following CDC protocol. She explained calmly that everyone needs to follow protocol or else she wouldn't be unable to help him, to which he responded "I couldn't care less", and continued his abusive tirade.I commend Brenda for staying calm and following protocol. She did not deserve to be abused while working in the middle of a pandemic. She bounced back to serve me with a smile and was so personal and kind. It takes a strong person to be able to do that.

I went for blood work ordered from my doctor. I've been going to this location for at least three years. I'm writing to make a complaint. The brown carpet has bleach stains in several places, it looks awful. Please fix the toilet seat in the restroom to the left, it is not stable, it moves when you sit on it! Also clean the bathroom floor, especially around the toilet. Please clean the waiting areas, and spray disinfectant spray in those area, also add better lighting. Lastly I have two small bruises on my arm, that has never happened to me before, it is usually one dot on my arm from the blood draw. I did not like that. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the service and atmosphere at this location.

I like this location. Close to work. Always make an appt this was you won't have to wait long. Staff is nice and friendly that helps if you don't like needles.

I made a reservation prior . Walked in checked in on the automated machine. 2 minutes later I was called in. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the staff was very professional. I will always come to this quest from here on out for any future tests.

I made my appointment online and got there on time, to find that the office wasn't busy at all. I signed in at the front desk and before I was able to sit down, they were already calling me in to get my blood work done. The lady that was doing my blood test was fast and I barely felt the needle go through. I loved that it was quick and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Horrible. Just horrible. Worst service! I go to many Quest Diagnostic locations and this one is by far the worst one! Which sucks because it is in a very convenient location. The location is dirty and two of the employees I came in contact with were extremely rude!! (One being a manager)
