Five stars all the way! I used them for homeowners insurance 1.5 years ago, and again for car insurance recently. Toni Johnson was very helpful for the homeowners, and Analydia Diaz was very responsive and tenacious with the car insurance. I would recommend Dehlinger to anyone, any day!

I had a policy for 10 years. They sold me a new policy that I didn't not qualify for. I filled out the questionnaire about my home and got a wind migration and 4 point inspection and I was still solid a policy that I didn't not qualify for. The excuse was they missed it and it was an oversight. Extremely unprofessional.

I have used Dellinger's since I bought my house 8 years ago. They do the annoying work of shopping around for the best rates on my homeowners insurance which is highly appreciated!

Everyone knows insurance in Florida is a complete mess so you have to work with someone that communicates in order to get anything done.Don't waste your time with this broker, I've been with them for 7 or 8 years now and this past year will be the last. Toni never answers her phone and never returns calls. I've left messages with other associates and still nothing.Save yourself the headache and find a broker that actually does their job. This place does the absolute bare minimum. Just enough so they can get their cut and move on.

Not happy with the service or should I say lack of service that I received from this agency . Not even an acknowledgment of a payment plan that I proposed to pay for my homeowners policy. People who work in business should be helpful and grateful to those of us who support them with our hard earned dollars, it seems that they are not

Walked in right off the street and was greeted by five very nice women. After being with Geico for about 10 years with two of my vehicles they shot me a pretty high reinstatement fee when I've had no tickets or problems. So I stopped into Dillinger insurance and glad I did. When I said I needed Auto insurance Chellie stood up and said I can help you with that. I was in and out and about 20 minutes with a new policy.Thank You Chellie
