Although I didn't wind up purchasing this weekend, that has nothing to do with the staff at Orlando VW North. I was in twice this week looking at the awesome ID.4 EV and Josh, Bob and the rest of the crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They even offered me a great lease deal which ultimately I passed on for entirely unrelated reasons. Either way, I will be back because I'm sure I will own another VW at some point in the feature. Thanks guys!

The experience with our salesperson, Brett, was great. After visiting another VW dealership, his product expertise and personality were invaluable. Only reason for one star off was a bad experience with the finance person.

Wheel sensor was replaced but unfortunately, even though all the warning light were blinking off and on, the error was not showing on the diagnostic machine. Per VW warranty requirements, technician could not replace until error needed to show on diagnostic machine. I had to leave my car overnight with the hopes the error would be recognized first thing in the morning. I have been working with Mark Aguilar for many years. He is great.

Bought my VW Jetta yesterday and man what a great experience 25/10. Everybody was really friendly and helpful especially Chris and Danny really made the process smooth as butter. I'm going to recommend them to all my friends and family

I always go to Orlando north for any car service needs and Brian has always been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately this time I did not deal with Brian. The person I dealt with was disrespectful to his co-worker by embarrassing her in front of me and all those at the service desk. The shuttle they provide does not go as far as I live. All the loaners were out and hertz car rental only had electric cars which I would have to pay for. I had no way of getting home and they were not sure how long it would take as I heard one service person say they were backed up. The other option he gave me was Reschedule when I can bring the car back at 7:30 in the morning but then that would mean I would drive my car with all the concerns I had. With his very calculated words made me think I was crazy. But did say if you leave and something happens to the car it is my responsibility because he gave me “options” and still left. Sounds confusing??
Thankfully the next day when I went to pick up my car Brian walked me through everything and made me feel like I was heard. He was detailed and professional. Thank you Brian.

Had a great experience buying a vehicle here. They are super low hassle and helpful - I worked with Max and he was great. No pressure at all and upfront pricing. Would 10/10 recommend!

The service staff at Orlando VW North is always pleasant. Mark communicated everything that needed to be done for my Atlas. He also made recommendations for a future visit. Service was quick and easy check out.
