Our daughter loves the sessions and work out routines Ali Asgary gives her. Ali is very supportive during workout sessions. We are seeing good results in a short period. Awesome facilities and workout atmosphere.

D1 is a great gym, my daughter has been working out with coach Ali for almost 3 months and he is
amazing. She loves training there and can already see real results.

My son has been going to D1 Downtown since February 2024 and has had the best results during his track and field season and has brought down his times significantly. If you’re looking for a great place and AMAZING trainer ask for Coach Ali Asgary! My son loves being pushed and I love seeing the results on the track!
