Went hear for an earwax removal. Not only did they not remove ANY earwax but they still charged me 100$ to tell me to go to another doctor. Like I have money to go to another doctor when I literally came to CVS as a cheap alternative. Absolutely disgusting. The doctor could have cared less she made her 100$.

I called ahead of my appointment for a certain vaccine and was told they carried it. When i arrived they had a different one. Tried to say it was a misunderstanding but it was not because I was VERY specific. Won’t go back there.

This location is really just sad. While on vacation my son contracted a double ear infection so we took him to the walk-in and they prescribed antibiotics, makes sense. Went straight to the pharmacy assuming there would be between 30-60 minute wait. We were wrong. We were told at least two hours. So we waited six hours, went and did dinner all the things, I came back… still wasn’t ready. I had to wait 15 more minutes.
Only gave two stars because at the end of the day we did get his medicine and the staff while seemingly not caring at all about the wait and really just lack of concern about the situation they were completely disrespectful. If you can find another area pharmacy I would suggest you do.

This has to be the absolute worst CVS. The pharmacy workers are rude. They act like you are bothering them to ask them a question. The only reason I still come here is because of their extended hours.

Great experience here! Visiting from out of state, had to visit hospital, given prescription to be filled here. When we went to pick up the prescription, it would have cost almost 700 dollars. The pharmacy tech Sydney worked with us to find a discount and we wound up only paying 10 dollars! Kudos to this particular CVS and especially to their great PT Sydney ❤️

I think a pre-qualification to work in this pharmacy is to be the most abrasive, short-tempered, rude, condescending, and otherwise mean person to walk the city of Orlando. If you want to be treated like a normal customer / human being, I suggest you take your money and sanity elsewhere.

Very professional the best is that it's open 24 hours and we went to the doctor they called in the prescription and in 5 minutes it was ready quick and all questions answered

This is crazy. I have a lot of medications and you cannot speak to a pharmacist at CVS!! You have to leave a message and they only get back to you HALF the time! Truly. When they do call you back it is a DAY or TWO later! I thought this would change but it's going on a year now and it's only getting worse!
We (my neighbors and I) have move all of our medications to Walgreens. When I asked if they were going to implement this they acutally laughed and said of course not.
Save yourself a lot of trouble in the future and just go to Walgreens pharmacy.

Don’t get any injections or vaccines at this pharmacy. The pharmacist was awful - she didn’t speak to me, other than to tell me what direction to face and ask why I needed this particular shot. She didn’t use anything to sanitize the injection site, said absolutely NOTHING before sticking me, and didn’t even tell me I could leave, she just continued to talk to someone else until I awkwardly got up and just left. The entire visit, she spoke with another person, who I have no idea why they were in the room, in another language. I take no issue with speaking in another language, but dang, you can’t even treat me like a person instead of a pet?! I went to this pharmacy because they were the only one I could find that carried the specific vaccine I needed, but I’d NEVER go back here again. I’d rate it a 0 if I could.

No wonder why this pharmacy has such bad reviews, the staff is absolutely atrocious on giving a standard customer service. The lack of empathy and not give any sort of help is beyond comprehension.
Never coming back here.

Absolutely wild to me how we walked into this store early in the morning, shopped around for at least 30 minutes just browsing before going to check out only to then be told that the machines were down and only accepting cash.
Maybe your employees should tell people BEFORE they start shopping? The guy on staff didn't even say anything until we went to check out. Talk about unhelpful.

Shopping at CVS on Sand Lake Road is always a pleasent experience. The people they hire are helpful and friendly.
