Me and my family went to this cvs to print a certificate that means a lot to us, and we asked for a black board for him to put our certificate, he did it and it was so wrong and the certificate looked very bad, we ask him kindly to please if he can do it again, and he said go somewhere else and left with an angry expression like we did something wrong, very rude person

I had a very disappointing experience with Sarah from the pharmacy. It's surprising to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare setting, where both empathy and assistance are essential. She was not only rude but also unwilling to assist with tasks that were clearly part of her job responsibilities. Unfortunately, every interaction I had with her was unpleasant.

This is my go to CVS. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I had a situation with my card there was a long line my daughter with ASD started getting overwhelmed but they handle it with care. Wonderful night crew team 💗

Gettho manager, we when there for passport pics with my family, we didn’t know our white t-shirts would affect the quality of the photos so we ask her to use a t-shirt from the store, I’m not sure if was a misunderstanding but we never said we were going to buy it but after taking the picture she ask us to pay for the T-shirt I refused at first but then I said whatever let me pay for it but NO she took it so personal and refused the service. This was today Sunday 7/6/2025 around 11am not happy with refusing the service she call the police on us knowing we are immigrants in the process of immigration.

An employee, an older blonde woman wearing glasses, rudely told my companion to move and then intentionally pushed a cart into him. This aggressive and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable for customer service.

I don’t mean to be a karen or whatever but this is the second time I came to the pharmacy to get my medication, and the same pharmacist is really rude and passive aggressive because I show her a coupon and she complains that “now I have to cancel the whole order, I wish you would have told me that first.” Then she started complaining about how GoodRx is misleading and stuff. I was in tears because I had to keep apologizing. I didn’t know I had to tell her first, I am just a customer showing a coupon, and any retail job I have had, coupons go in at the end. She tries to say it nice but it comes off as nasty and passive aggressive and not necessary. I will just go to the other one by my house now, where they are nicer and don’t act like I’m an inconvenience.

Huge 24/7 CVS branch with self checkout. We came in bought what we need and left, quick and convenient. We also had a great small talk with the customer service associate Dadah. She’s Filipina and has a great smile ready to assist us when we came in. We might come back and buy something again tomorrow just to meet her.

Sarah in the pharmacy was extremely helpful and demonstrated how remarkable she is when it comes to helping customers. The entire pharmacy team has always provided excellent customer service anytime I go to get my medications. I will recommend this store to everyone!
