The pharmacist told me they wouldn’t fill my prescribed ADHD medication because my insurance wasn’t covering it and I would therefore have to pay cash. I fully believe I was descriminated against because I have Medicaid. The pharmacist actually told me “you will not die without this medication.” Little do they know it was prescribed bc I’m having issues postpartum that have been causing me to feel extremely depressed as my ADHD is so severe right now I can’t focus, finish tasks, etc and it’s causing me to spiral towards PPD. Without the meds that I do in fact need, my mental health will continue to get worse. To reach out for help and be reared like a drug seeking criminal for being willing to pay cash when the med wasn’t covered by my insurance is insane. I’ve also had many meds filled here before, 99% of which are not controlled, so for CVS to act this was was insane. I will never set foot in a CVS again for so much as Motrin after how disrespectful and accusatory the pharmacy was for me simply trying to have my prescription filled so I can keep up with homeschooling two kids, going back to college, and handling a newborn while dealing with severe ADHD and developing PPD symptoms. I quite frankly hope the pharmacist finds themselves in the position to need a medication to better themselves in some way one day & can’t access it because of an idiot like themselves who is on a power trip & that their issues worsen while jumping through the same bureaucratic hoops I’ve had to jump through for literally no reason other than this pharmacists obvious bias against lower income individuals.

The pharmacist is a pain and makes it so hard to get your RX even though it’s prescribed BY A DOCTOR. Call the winter garden location they are much nicer and willing to help

The store is clean, staffs are friendly and knowledgeable of merchandise and pharmacy staffs are friendly and always called by my name.

"The customer service at this pharmacy, particularly from the manager, is exceptionally poor. Despite multiple attempts to communicate over the phone, he consistently hangs up without allowing customers to speak. This behavior is both unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, simple inquiries are often met with insistence on in-person visits, creating unnecessary inconvenience for customers. While I can't rate them a zero, the service here merits no more than a one. It's truly disappointing to encounter such rudeness and inefficiency."

Called 5 times to get life saving heart medication transferred and was intentionally hung up on 3 times, ignored for 1 and put on hold while I could hear people check to see if I was still on the line and not saying anything. It was a girl, would’ve asked for her name but she would’ve just hung up on me. If I go in cardiac arrest because the employee simply was too inconvenienced by a patient calling, my blood is on her hands.

If there was a way to give ZERO stars I would! I’ve called this pharmacy 5 times today, waited on eternal HOLD, then someone picks up the phone and hangs up!! I called the store manager, Kenny and asked that he let the pharmacy know this was happening and his response was “the Pharmacy Manager is back there! All I can do is transfer you”! He transfers me back again and this time after waiting on hold, I was sent to their general mailbox! If they can’t ever answer the phone, when will they ever listen to a VM Msg! I’ve NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism from any CVS I’ve been to across the country! This is unexceptable and something should be done with this staff!

CVS specially the pharmacy located on 7665 west colonial Dr Orlando Fl 32818 is ones of the worse pharmacy once it’s comes for your prescription they staff in store have asked me personally to call in advance to confirm my prescriptions I’ve call several times they’ve put me on hold then they’ve hanging off the phone 3 time in 1 days within lest than 45min after I confirm my information the same lady told me to wait twice the first call the second call she hang off the phone then the 3rd times did not even say a word to me she just picked up then hang off right away that really disappointed on CVS customer service specially they are the ones whom changed my days supply change from 90 days to 30 days I even ending up paying more for nothing I will definitely go to store then change my pharmacy location to a different one

if you go there, the shelves will probably look empty and most likely what you are looking for won’t be there. No one is ever up front so you’ll have to wait. OR they’ll pretend like they don’t see it and pretend to be busy. If you wait to the point you consider going to the pharmacy to pay. They’ll act d*** and tell you to go up front.

male cashier, named Mark (newbie i guess in the counter) is really disappointing, been using that branch for my moneygram transactions for long and he dont want to process my transactions because he said different passport number. How come? I've been using the same passport since i started sending moneygram in this branch, west colonial for almost 10 times. And i am not receiving, i am sending. This really sucks, he has no good customer service. I took public transport just for that and came back home so mad not being able to send money that i need to.
