If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! This pharmacy absolutely sucks!!! The wait times for the drive thru are incredibly long and unacceptable. The pharmacy doesn’t open promptly as the technicians take their time turning on their computers and getting ready for their shifts. My review is not based off just one experience but rather at least 4 visits!!! Needless to say we are changing locations too much of a headache.

The girl in the pharmacy was not friendly at all she was acting like she was being bothered and had a bad attitude, I was not happy with the kind of treatment I received.

Don’t come here they made me show my email receipt to actually get a return. Wanted to try to give half off at first absolutely rude customer service long ass wait time parking lot looks neglected.

The pharmacy has gone downhill fast. I have been harassed literally by the woman working the drive thru. Wait time is ridiculous 🙄 Meds going back before pick up date, then saying you don't have one period. I'm waiting for a call back from corporate office after filing 3 complaints. It gets a lot deeper than this. I will update if they contact me. At this time I have heard nothing. The response they give is for show only. CVS doesn't Care about any problems in there pharmacy. They are losing business.

Terrible customer service by Sussette in the pharmacy. She has a bad attitude when I asked when my medication would be ready, she said I had to come back at 5pm. When I asked her to please transfer my medication to another pharmacy she said I could go and do it myself. Terrible attitude and customer service.

There is nothing nice to say about this pharmacy right now. I'm hoping to find out where the old pharmacist went so I can go there. For the past few months, it's the customer service in the pharmacy department has gone down. People want to be acknowledged and respected and feel welcome. Just this morning, my daughter drove in the drive through. To pick up her son's medication that we have been trying to pick up for 3 days. The day it was supposed to be ready. It was not my husband was told to come back the next day. He explained to the lady in the window. He needed the medication for his grandson, and he would be back later that night. He drove back and the people at the window said it was not ready. Come back in the morning. My husband works in the mornings. He tried to pick it up after work. He sat in the drive throm for twenty five minutes.There were several cars in front of him, each car took about ten minutes, he finally approaches the window and they shut the window and put a sign saying they were closed. He honked his horn yet. There was no response. He pushed the button and got her automated boy saying they were closed. So now it comes to today. My daughter drives up there. She gets to the window, the lady in the window, says DATE of birth? And then she places a bag in the drawer and then walks away. No smile, no. Hello, how are you doing ? No, thank you. nothing! I was very upset. I walked inside to see if I had different results, so I walked up to the pick up area, she stared at me so I said, what is your name? She replied susstti, i said, thank you, and I walked away. She gave me attitude.she wanted to know why I asked for her name. Angry and upset, I told her exactly a manager came over.I explained the situation.The girl said it was not her, that is a straight out lie. I went back out to the car, took the receipt. Her name is on it, that is proof. I mentioned to them I will not be shopping in the pharmacy department until their customer service improves.see photo for proof.

This pharmacy has gone downhill fast. We have shopped and picked up our RX from this location for many years. The last few visits have all been negative experiences. It seems as though the pharmacy has all new staff that are not friendly and unattentive. They return prescriptions back to stock days before the final day to pickup. The drive thru has become a joke. The average wait time seems to about 10 to 20 minutes per car. This evening I arrived in the drive thru 35 minutes before closing, there were 3 cars ahead of me. As I pulled forward for my turn they put a sign in the window and closed the blind. I honked a few times and then they played a recording through the speaker. This pharmacy was always our go to for convenience but now I believe it is time for a change... if they don't care about their customers, I don't really care about giving them my business!

She helped develop some pictures that I desperately needed for a special gift. Not only did she helped with the entire process, her input throughout was greatly needed as well as appreciated. I LOVE THIS STORE VERY MUCH I HAVE GROWN TO GET TO KNOW MOST OF THE WORKERS THAT I GAVE THEY NICKNAMES AND THEY ANSWER TO THEM WHEN I CALL THEM WHEN I AM IN THE STORE... THE PHARMACY IS A GREAT SET OF PEOPLE AND VERY HELPFUL AS WELL. THIS LOCATION CVS HAS HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL..

I go this CVS for my all family member prescription.girls worked there very rude specially one is the Chinese face. They act like we are getting free medicine. I am ready to change the pharmacy.

Two stars because I'm sitting here at 11:32 Pharmacy was supposed to be opened at 11:00 Shades still down I pushed the call button once I don't want to keep pushing it just in case I get somebody with an attitude on the other side and some of these new people they got coming and working in here in the pharmacy area need to go back and be retrained or refreshed!
