David and the other cashier gave great customer and the guy in the pharmacy.I didn't get his name, but he was very helpful it was an older gentleman in a lab coat. Great experience overall in this Orlando CVS traveling from New York

Suffered an injury on my lower spine putting me in a condition where I could not walk. Called ahead at 1:15 to ask for a special request to have my prescription filled early. I do not think I'm more special than anyone else so normally i am patient and just wait for the script to fill. In this specific circumstance I am unable to walk, let alone drive to pick up meds. My friend who lives with me, has to work at 2pm, and I am understanding that at 1:30 the place closes for break. I at this point did in fact ask for special treatment (something I never do), and asked if I could put in a special request to have my meds filled because I will be unable to pick them up after 2pm. The response I got was a snarky laugh, followed by a reiterating of how they will be on break and that the script will be ready at 2:15p. The lack of humanity and understanding is what pisses me of more than anything. I fear the future will continue to lack humanity and this a sad reality I must face. Get your scripts filled elsewhere since the people here especially only care about their paycheck,

I went to the CVS with my granddaughter to buy lotion,wipes for her and other stuff. While I was passing by thru the shelves I saw a beach chair that catch my attention, I started to look to the second chair when the metal frame that was holding the chairs fell off(pictures attached), my granddaughter who is five yrs old and autistic, was in the shopping car tried to get out of the shopping car, the Manager was passing by and asked me if I was going to pick up the beach chairs the fell. I looked at him to see if he acknowledged that my GD was trying to get out of the shopping car. He immediately said that the store wasn’t my house to leave things disorganized. I immediately told him you’re here to help or you can ask one of your employees to help putting them back. I went straight to the cash register to pay and leave when he went behind the cash register next to mine to keep making more unnecessary comments. I asked for his name and he refused to give me his name. Another consumer was behind me made the comment that he was been rude knowing that I was with a child. When I finished paying I went to the pharmacy department because I forgot to ask a question about a medication and when I went back to leave the store the Manager LARRY RODRIGUEZ continued making comments about the chair situation. I asked for his Distric Manager name ANTHONY and he refused to give me the information. And kept making more comments. I responded to the comments and started going to my car when out of the sudden this man is behind me yelling. I started taking pictures of him outside of the store and tried to record all the nasty comments that he was saying. I called CVS customer service, to file a compliant but they said will take up to 7 days to receive a call from God knows who. The lack of empathy from this manager was incredible. CVS I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN UNTIL YOU TAKE disciplinary actions for your Manager LARRY RODRÍGUEZ. Waiting for the call from CVS.

This CVS location was well organized, with lot of items and well priced. And most of all having a great clean and nice smell. At one point I needed to speak to a Manager and Larry came to me as soon as the cashier requested him. He was very professional and humble listening to me. definitely, I will visit this store once again.

What this pharmacy does with the care plan that pays $5 a month is steal your money because when you go you never have the coupons you never have the points and today I bought and they didn't even give me the discount.es la ultima vez que voy
