In particular, Kiana is excellent at her job and helped customers verify correct prices on items they purchased. The minute clinic staff, such as Frankie, are also praised for their friendly and caring service. However, some customers have experienced issues with online orders being cancelled despite the items being in stock. Overall, the pharmacy services are reliable, with prescriptions always in stock and ready on time, though the in-store staff could be more welcoming at times.

Pharmacy seems understaffed always. Pharmacist is friendly and helpful. Pharmacy associates need better customer service training. They do not display best attitude. I do not care or will not use self checkout.
