I normally always I don't belive on review coz everyone have they own experience this time with CVS I checked in 9:am for 10:30am nice ppl at gard and office ppl. but they hold me for 4 hours and 30mint after my appointment they give me my pod at 2pm not only me I see drivers they checked in before me they still on process to get counting unloading all that story owner operates if you have a load pu think about it over night parking cross the street Lil no parking zone but I park no one bother me.

We delivered a dry load here today, everyone was nice and helpful from the guard at the gate to lumper service etc. appt was for 12:30 driver arrived at 12:00, and was out empty by 1:45 not bad at all. We were scared due to all the bad reviews, but our experience was perfect.

The security lady at the gate are super nice. Also the check in lady is nice to. But everything else is slow. 2-4 hours waiting to be empty. They don’t have overnight parking

5 hours still haven't started unloading. Pathetic. There gonna want lumper fee eventually. How about gfys. Now at 7 hours not touched.

If I can give negative stars I would. I had a breakdown on my way to make a delivery to the DC which cause me to miss my delivery appointment. They earliest next appointment is 3 weeks away. I can not and will not hold a load that long. They will not even let me cross dock the load or anything else. CVS does NOT CARE about people. They have lost my business. Do NOT do loads for them!
