I came down to visit my dad from New Jersey and I gotta admit how unprofessional and rude pharmacist ppl are.. also extremely incompetent. I had to drive there 8 times till they finally gave me my script. I'm talking dumb as a rock.

Excellent store and very convenient offers with the extra care savings card. I don’t tend ro get stores card, but this one so far has giving me lots of benefits. The staff is always smiling and willing to help.

Terrible attention, I went at 6 am to leave my doctor's recovery and they told me I returned at 9 am and I come and Mrs. Qur is here today 12/07/24 and she doesn't know the time because there is not enough staff

It wouldn't let me give 1/2 a star!!
This is the most poorly managed, incompetent group of people I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Every single person in the pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. They are disorganized, lack any sense of urgency and are kind of just stupid. I sat and waited for 30 minutes while a pharm tech looked for my prescription that was sitting in a basket in front of her the whole time. I get text messages saying my prescriptions are ready just to be told it'll be a few more hours when I go to pick them up. I don't understand how they act like they're so busy when every time I have gone in three to four people are standing around talking without a care in the world. I would honestly rather buy drugs on the street than deal with these incompetent, time wasting, over paid people ever again.

Awful service.
Asked to speak to the pharmacist and they redirected me several times.
Finally got the pharmacist and she wouldnt even give her full name.
A doctor, in the doctors workplace.
Absurd.
I’d hope CVS does something but im sure they wont.

Well I needed a pharmacy ASAP on Saturday evening after getting out of urgent care at 7:30 pm.
It really is a 24-hour pharmacy but there are signs everywhere that they close between 1330 and 1400 for lunch.
My Rx was unusually high and I came back to try one of those coupon sites and they were really nice about trying it even though they already put the order in.
This was a happening place between 7:30 and 8:30 pm.
Wasn't the nicest CVS I've been in but hey, 24 hours. The pharmacists were super nice even though they were super duper busy and I was super duper grumpy.

Although I know that it is a good pharmacy and this location, the store is very good, the service in the pharmacy and especially the Drive thru is a disaster, it took more than 50 minutes to serve me and only because I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. He came personally and took care of me, it is a complete disaster and the customer service that Drive True at the pharmacy has is disrespectful.
Although I know it is a good pharmacy and this location, the store is very good, the service at the pharmacy and especially the drive thru is a disaster, it took more than 50 minutes to serve me and only because I called the store and asked to speak to the manager that he came personally and attended to me. It is a complete disaster and the customer service that the pharmacy drive thru has is disrespectful.

I tried calling last night to see if I can talk to the pharmacist since I yesterday had surgery and I took two medication‘s. That were not OK to take the pharmacist says that they would call me back but they never did and I’m very disappointed because if I didn’t get that answer and if something would’ve happened then, I would’ve gotten an overdose. I gave all the information and everything that was happening and still got no answer back. Only an associate called me and said that they would call me back and the pharmacist never did. This is very upsetting and unprofessional. I would not recommend anybody calling or visiting that CVS.

Says open 24 hours but was closed when I had to drive out. Did not update Google, and a sign on the door did not explain but just said sorry for inconvenience. I made an effort to drive out to this pharmacy because it said 24 hours. I understand being understaffed (in the case of CVS almost certainly because they aren't known for paying well), but for a pharmacy of all places it's crucial you update your store hours.
