Type 1 diabetic needing the same products every 90 days. They never have them. They used to locate and transfer to another store.no longer. The entire chain has slipped but this store is the worst.

I feel bad for the employees because it isn’t their fault this location is understaffed, especially after the one down the street closed. I called 4 days in a row last week leaving messages for the pharmacy where the system says someone will call you back in 2 hours. Never called back. I transferred everything to Amazon Pharmacy and now I’ll never have to wait in a 40 minute line to pick up my prepaid prescriptions.

Every time I go to this pharmacy there's a problem. I get that CVS in general is on the decline, but they closed the much nicer, much more efficient CVS down the street and left us with one that's too warm, smells funny, and where people's prescriptions get lost among the literal piles of bagged prescriptions. I've even seen them piled on the floor once or twice. The last part is particularly alarming considering the whole store in general has the look and smell of something slowly rotting. Just gross. Customer service is almost non existent at this location and the staff seem apathetic, unfriendly, and either unwilling or incapable of doing their jobs correctly unless you get corporate involved. Today, I'm taking the bus out to this CVS for the third day in a row for one prescription. The first day they didn't include both prescriptions, just one, despite there being two, and claiming that was all they had. Then yesterday, told the doctor we only got one of the scripts and he called it in again. I took the bus out there again. After waiting nearly a half hour on line, I get told by a very bored looking associate that they can't fill the prescription yet because it's not time for a refill. Of a new prescription they didn't give me the day before. However, they did have another, completely unrelated prescription for me, despite the associate yesterday saying there were no more prescriptions in the computer. Had to call corporate and tell them, and somebody there called the pharmacy and we were told the prescription would be ready in ten minutes. So today, for the third day in a row I'm taking the bus to CVS for a prescription I should have gotten three days ago. I'm so over this location. Not sure how the Walgreens across the street is, but it's got to be better than this. Would give less than one star if I could.

Pharmacist never apologized, never acknowledged me, and was very rude run from this place
His excuse was, he was overworked, and they had gotten a new system

This CVS is what nightmares are made of. The drive thru is randomly closed, of which customers are notified by a sign fashioned out of a discarded box, falling against the window. Inside, there is always a line at the pharmacy that is anywhere from 5 to 10 people deep. I’ve waited up to an hour for my prescription, which they can never seem to locate, despite spamming me with notifications that it’s ready. Last week, I picked up my script, for the pharmacist to chase me to my car as I was pulling out saying they forgot to mix it. Bonus features include that the pharmacy scanner in the back is broken and you’ll have to wait in the front line if you want to purchase other items other than your script, screaming uncontrolled children, rude customers cussing out employees for no good reason, and bad vibes all around. Really unfortunate the 3212 location had to close.

Please fire whoever closed the large CVS with great parking to combine it with this tiny cramped one 2 blocks away. I'm pretty sure he was on a golfcourse having some beers when he was supposed to be researching this decision.

I’ve never been a CVS where I feel like fights are going to break out. Two stars because the staff was fine with me but I stood in a long line and witnessed multiple times where the employees were very rude and clearly on edge. It was also obvious that the prescriptions were unorganized, which may be the cause of the employees stress. I am sure their stresses are valid but that’s no excuse for treating paying customers in such ways.
