It’s really disheartening when your own vet refuses to get in contact with you about medication refills in the week leading up to and following a major storm in regards to your pets life saving medications. My pet is now returned to having complications from their lack of actions once again at this location and still no return phone calls. Unacceptable.

BE CAREFUL DONT BRING YOUR PETS, THE HEAD VETERINARIAN LADY (S) ARE SCAMMERS LISTENING IN ON CUSTOMERS CONVERSATIONS AND PERSONAL BUSINESS THEN COERCING THE DISABLED MAKING THEM SAY LIES AND ROB THEM AT SAME TIME NOT INTERESTED IN PETS INFIRMITIES!!!!
People are gonna come SEE THEM IF THEY KEEP COERCING MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CUSTOMERS INTO SITUATIONS THAT ARE NOT TRUE & ROBBING THEM!!!!
Shame they should be outta business !!!contacting B.B.B. Immediately if they persist coercing customers THATS ILLEGAL THEY SHOULD STICK TO ANIMALS NOT INVADING PEOPLES LIVES WHO ARE ADA HANDICAPPED!!!

I will forever sing the praises of this practice, Dr. Valentin is the most caring, personable vet I have ever met and has gone above and beyond for our babies. All four of our kitties and our one dog go here. I’m so glad we found this place. We have one kitty who has a chronic health condition and Dr. Valentin takes time to research the issue and contact other peers to get opinions, we truly could not be more grateful for her care and all the other amazing people that work here as well. Explain everything going on, why certain tests are done, etc so that we can understand. We highly recommend!

I just visited the clinic today and had a great meal. Super satisfied, good treatment that was more than excellent and reasonable payment.
The doctor is very attentive as is the rest of the staff.
I recommend it 100%.

First visit with my 17 yro Cat Kiwi. Great service. They were very thorough and explained everything. I feel confident I will know soon what ails my boy.
Update April 17th
Diagnosed with diabetes. They explained everything I needed to know to help him feel better. They're available to answer questions as often as needed until I am comfortable with giving him his medication.

The staff of Curry Ford Animal Hospital are the most invested in & dedicated to our pets, that I've ever seen. Two of our three cats recently experienced different but serious medical emergencies days apart. From vet to customer service representative, everyone not only treated our cats, but frequently followed up with us, while they continued to express their personal investment in our cats' recovery.
Dr. Valentin went above and beyond to help with our cats Cosmos & Simon and was always available to speak with us every time we reached out. Dr. Gray's second opinions were very helpful, as well.
Stephanie, the lead vet tech, was just as dedicated and was a grounding presence for us due to her care and concern for our cats. Samantha, a vet tech, was also very helpful.
And again, the personal investment was even felt at the front desk from Candi, the lead customer service representative. Through her care & concern she communicated to us that our cats were in good hands starting from when we walked in to when we left.
Curry Ford Animal Hospital offers the best care and dedication for my three cats that I've felt from a vet. 11/10
