DO NOT COME HERE TODAY WAS MY 2ND TIME HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THEAE KIDS WHO COME TO THE GYM AND I MEAN AGES FROM 15YRS TO 17YRS AT MOST THEY HANGOUT IN THE LOCKER ROOM SIT IN THE BENCH ON THERE PHONE WHEN YOU TRY TO GET TO YOUR LOCKER YOU CANT THEN ALMOST GET INTO A FIGHT WITH KIDS WHO COULD BE MY CHILDREN THEN THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE SOMETHING IS WRONG I BROUGHT IT TOO THE ATTENTION OF THE EMPLOYEE OF THE FRINT DESK BUT THE 2 FEMALES COULD NOT CARE THERE WAS ONE 1 MALE EMPLOYEE WHO SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVER SINCE THIS IN ALL THE GYMS I BEEN TO IN OTHER STATES AND AROUND THE WORLD THESE KIDS COME IN LOOKING LIKE THEY CRAWL OUT OF BED THEN THERE IS LIKE 4 OF THEM ON 1 MACHINE AND THERE NOT DOING ANYTHING BUT JOKING ATOUND IT TIME TO GO TO ANOTHER GYM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This is a recommendation for people who trust and who are working with a company to be irresponsible, the point of this situation is that I came to advertise in my business and almost two years ago they only sold me the Advertising for three months, it turns out that my The accountant told me that because I was paying for that gym membership and it turns out that I started investigating and this company has been charging for this membership for almost two years, I have tried to call on several occasions and there is no one to answer me. I came to the site to to attend to me and a person named Ben Apparently he is one of the managers of the Store had no way of responding to me in this situation and I told him that if we could not resolve this I was going to get a lawyer for the company and he told me that he did not have nothing more than talking to me and resolving it with my lawyer now be very careful because these memberships when they take the money money they debit the money money money from the accounts can bring you big doubts because at the end of the day something similar could happen to you. what I'm going through Work with serious people work with a company that can solve your problems and can show your face I continued forward to get my money back there are different options in other gyms where they give you exactly the same service but different attention here the real attention like My experience is very negative. You pay your money so that you can be attended to and in my case they have deducted $162 every month and they want to answer us for this money but I am going to go to the last consequences until I can resolve this whole situation and I am going to let you know. keep out of it because this is a medium we use to express the kind of service we receive good luck

Quality gym for the price. A third of the personal trainers are over age frat bros that care more about looking cool then being a trainer. The other quarter seem helpful and knowledgeable. Biggest drawback is the high school rush that take over the equipment around 3:00-6:00. With that being said, it is a pretty clean gym with quality equipment.

Justin the personal training manager will lie to you about the contract terms. I have been a member since 2019 and canceled. They do not care about anything but money. If you want to pause your training they will lie and say they paused it then will process payment or send it to collections. What a terrible company. The place is pretty dirty too.

This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. It’s always packed even at 5am when they open and rope off half the gym for a class. It’s absolutely disgusting. And I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for the past two weeks since I joined. And they keep dodging my cancellation and finding loop holes.
I just spoke to the general manager Sean who was very non helpful. Didn’t seem to care.
Save your time and money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Returned 9/22 and tried to cancel AGAIN. I took a voice recording where the manager Alainy claims they don’t have the contact information of the person above Sean nor the headquarters. Somehow, that math just doesn’t add up to me ?My next step to file formal complaints against both Sean and alainy is going to be to contact CR Fitness. If that doesn’t work, I plan to dig into investors and provide them with the documented information I have such that my complaints are heard and valued.

Do I have to complain everyday to the friont desk about music played so loud. I come to workout not to a club. Lake Non location. Music way to loud, can’t hear the. TV! !!! Adding to complaints . Bathroom are disgusting Different day same complaint. I complained and now the music is even louder and the music they listen too is so inappropriate. It’s impossible to listen to the TV or your own music over the loudness of the music, if you can call it music.Don’t answer to this message unless this is addressed.
Again, DIFFERENT DAY TODAY ITS NO TV SERVICE, ONLY TWO TV'S WORKING. REALLY!!! Music horrible. Amazing. It is Sunday about 3pm.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location, particularly with the manager on duty this Saturday. When I brought an issue to their attention, instead of attempting to resolve it or showing any concern, they seemed apathetic and uninterested in retaining our membership. My wife and I have been loyal members for several months, but after this experience, we've decided to cancel our membership and take our business elsewhere.
Unfortunately, it seems like the majority of people at this gym are only there because they're getting a free membership. As a paying customer, it's disheartening to feel undervalued and ignored. I would advise others to think twice before investing their time and money into this gym.

Poor! Poor! Poor customer service. When my daughter (a student with no real income) declined the personal training option, the manager fat shamed her. I am filing a formal complaint.
