Definitely a pretty solid gym, love the environment and welcoming service they provide. Specifically Jamie she was super friendly and helpful, and very patient with me and my questions, and guided me to through the whole process and let me choose the membership I wanted at my own pace. 10/10 definitely a wonderful experience especially signing up. Which in some cases I felt rushed at other gyms during inquires or people were just tryna do a cash grab. Definitely a different vibe for sure.

I have no problems here at this gym, staff has been fine, cleaned gym. I love the atmosphere here, more than the other Crunch gym. Only thing I hope for is a better location like in Dr. Phillips or the Theme park area where I live near ( a dead zone for Crunch gym locations). Maybe one day they will finally have one. But Belle Isle has been great for me :)

The one star is for Gabe and Gabe alone because he was the only one willing to acknowledge me. Idk who the lady is with the ugly blonde tips/highlights whatever that is but she is extremely rude and has very poor customer service skills. I’ll just stick to going to the Casselberry location, the team there is consistently kind and helpful.

One of the worst frauds ever!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!! I joined their gym and their Business perks. First, they have no professionalism in terms of giving you the information that you need to be part of their business perks. Then, when I decided to cancel the ask to come in and sign a form. Which I did, They didn’t charge me for one month and then after that they proceeded to charge me after I signed the form. When I contacted multiple parties, they stated that they see they came in and signed but it wasn’t the form I needed. Can someone please explain to me how is that my problem. And I know it’s all a lie, because I specifically ask to speak to Myra that was sitting at the table because she was the individual that signed me up for the business perks, and after the employee walked up and spoke to her he stated that she couldn’t speak to me at the moment, even though she was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing. Not only that when I called the the office , she never returns my phone calls. They have proof that I came in. I signed paperwork as requested, but they still want to fight and try to take my money. I have proof that I canceled in advance also in writing however, they want to act like I still owe them. I wouldn’t advise anybody to go here as they are overcrowded at the winter Springs location and the Belle Isle location is extremely unprofessional. They are just a money hungry with unprofessional tactics behind them. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had with any gym or corporation!!!!!!

Regular Staff is cool but the manager lady is extremely rude, I didn’t get a chance to get her name or I would have posted it here but she thinks she owns the place. Telling me she don’t have to let me in, shorty who are you, I been going to crunch since it was 24 fitness, sit down and be humble young lady.

Loved the gym and if i could i would continue to go to crunch. However im very disappointed at Everyone that has given me different information about canceling my membership which I haven't use in 4months and I can't just go to Belle isle location to cancel due to my schedule and current location. Making it difficult to just cancel a membership!?This is unacceptable.Thankfully Jake today gave me information that I will finally be able to cancel this memebership within my area

This is a very good gym. The staff is amazing. My wife and I just started here, and there are a few things that stand out. First, we feel comfortable here. There are many people of different fitness levels here, and there isn't a feeling that my fitness level doesn't belong here. Second, even when it is busy (and it gets busy sometimes), there are enough pieces of equipment to allow very short wait time. The trainers here are really good too. The cost is worth every penny. I can forsee my wife an I staying to this gym for a long time!

Pros: Great fitness classes, clean gym and locker room, friendly staffCons: Please get parking lot lights fixed! Several lights are burnt out, and it's pitch dark in certain parts of the lot. This poses a threat to personal safety while it's dark outside, not to mention making an open invitation to thieves and carjackers :-(. I've mentioned this to management, but nothing has been done.Also, please send marketing emails and put signs up reminding members to wear deodorant or be courteous about personal hygiene ?. It smells like extreme BO on the first floor during peak times ?...

I mean a gym is a gym right? This place gets really crowded and it smells really bad. To be honest this gym is like a tinder lol! The trainers walk around like they own the gym you have the female trainers hooking up with members and training members outside the gym for extra money it’s really crazy! They have some great staff but the bad one stick out.

As one of Central Florida's top 10% Google Reviewers and local guide, I'd have to admit that I cancelled my membership at Planet Fitness for Crunch Fitness after more than a decade! Crunch has the largest variety and best equipment on the planet and I love it! It is a busy gym but it offers so much, it would be expected. The employees and trainers are fantastic! You also do not need to worry about the dreaded alarm if you accidentally drop a weight. Get your membership at Crunch Fitness now! Jeremiah at the front desk is always polite and has a huge smile on his face when my wife and Í arrive. Give that guy a raise! ?

Stopped in from out of town to get a couple of workouts in, and found it to be well-equipped and clean. There could have been better respect for putting weights away, but that's more about the clientele than it is the gym. I will definitely be back.
