THESE PEOPLE LAZY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIKE THEY DONT WANNA ANSWER QUESTIONS BUT EVERYTIME YOU WALK BY THEY AINT DOING NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ABOUT HOW YOU TALK AND APPROACH AND ANSWER QUESTIONS.

Had service with them for 3 years and been recently having bad experiences , had to cancel the line and file a complaint.

I was dealing with the cricket on west colonial dr at Good homes in the Publix shopping center. The woman in that store was so rude disrespectful and prejudice! I left out mad ready to leave cricket and never to go back after being with them for 8 years! Then I called the store on Hiawasse and spoke with one of the most pleasant young ladies I have ever met in a cricket store. So I decided to go over to the store and was greeted by Naida and Amanda! Oh my goodness they were so helpful and pleasant and they knew their business! When I tell you they saved and secured a customer when they finished with me I had upgraded both phones and left with a big smile on my face! I hope cricket realizes what they have in these two girls. Their customer service was awesome!
I look forward to continuing to go to this location such a blessing they were!

This Arrogant salesman was so rude and unpleasant I want to scream. First he talked us into more expensive phones and cases(which you cannot return!) Then proceeded to call his boss on speaker phone to make us look bad or "wrong!" We went to the Winter garden store and received Excellent Customer service. They helped us exchange the phone that did not work for our purposes. DO NOT BUY FROM KEN AT THE HIAWASSEE STORE!! HE IS ONLY THERE TO MAKE HIMSELF HAPPY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! The cricket Customer service 611 were pleasant and helpful. I WILL NEVER ENTER THE HIAWASSEE STORE AGAIN. ALSO TRING TO GET HIS BOSS IS A NIGHTMARE AS WELL.IVE HAD CRICKET FOR 30 YEARS AND LOVE THEIR SERVICE BUT THIS MAN KEN HAS A BIG PROBLEM!!

This is the best Cricket store in America. Tee is awesome, making sure that he engaged with everyone in the store. I actually drive out of my way to get to this location, because other locations don't seem to have the same customer service standards.

Fantastic Cricket represenatives They charge much less than the Rosemont store. They're also very nice to people on the phone, unlike the Rosemont store.
