Got two phones here. They said they couldn't add the lines on so they had me create a new account it took over 2 hours for them to even figure out how to activate the phones. In a hurry to leave I got two cases and two screen protectors didn't even realize the price. Definitely should have paid better attention. Tried to return them and they said no. The screen protectors and cases cost more than the phones! What a rip off.

The first time I went we had excellent service the young lady was very knowledgeable. However the second time I went the store was supposed to be open and it was not, even after the gentleman noticed me standing at the door he continued turning on the display phones and he was somewhat surly towards me. He needs to take a page from the young lady on customer service.

They buy the screen protectors from the dollar store and sell them for higher prices. They are allowed to do discounts just refuse to. Management doesn’t care about your needs, they just want you in a phone and out the door

I was amazed of the knowledge this young lady had pertaining to the phones in the store,it saved me time and money picking out the right phone for my needs, I would recommend this store and to ask for Johanna for a great buying experience.
