I had the BEST experience buying a new phone here in Orlando on vacation. My experience at the story at home was so bad I didn't want to go back. Alejandra R was fantastic.She explained all the options in my price range including which phones had the best cameras and memory options.She found additional cases in the back when I didn't see one I fancied in the display.She EXPERTLY applied the screen protector with no air bubbles (unlike the job on my kast phone).She was patient, kind and happy to help me when I forgot my password. She multitasked her exceptional customer service skills by helping other customers while we waited for my new phone to transfer things.I already liked Cricket's reception, app, etc, but now I feel comfortable referring friends into the store.Alejandra R convinced me the horribly customer service I received in a different state a year & a half ago was a fluke. Thank you, Alejandra!
