My friend had been trying to purchase a new phone. The two male associates were going back and forth with him on promotions and deals. To which we decided to come back a few days later and grab the deal while we could. Calling ahead, to no avail bc the phones is left unanswered, we decided to head over. The sale process was started and after all is said and done, the phone for the deal was sold out. No other substitutes were offered and once we said we couldn't go to another store being we ride the bus. Moses ignored us like we had just walked in and hadn't even spoken to anyone. A few days later, we went to another store over on Michigan St. The staff there is wonderfully helpful and went out of there way to make sure everything we needed was taken care of and then some.

Moises assisted me, he was very respectful and kind, super agile in finding solutions to my questions. Excellent client service. In few places have I felt so well cared for. Super recommended

I came into cricket in December looking for the 14 pro max and it was not available my number was jotted down and I was told that I was going to be called as soon it was available !!! To be honest I didn’t think they would but Jessi did surprise me and called me as soon as it became available.. her customer service was outstanding and she was ver knowledgeable on the device and going thru progressive leasing . She answered all of my questions and concerns and made my overall experience so pleasurable that I will continue to be a long term customer thank you jessi and the team at Holden

I went to this store in order to switch from another carrier and the service I got here was EXCELLENT! Jexenia (Jessi) and Jordan are awesome! They are completely customer oriented. And my family and I are super happy with the great service provided by cricket! It is way better that the service we got with our old carrier! I totally recommend cricket and this store!
