Creative floors was amazing from start to finish. I was able to bring home samples to find the perfect match. The crew that came and removed the old floor as well as install the new floor were top notch! Their attention to detail was superior!

Our salesman, Mark, was attentive, professional, and patient. The workmen, that removed the old wood floor, had lots of demolition and they, too, were very professional and very clean in their completion of the project. Then the installation team laid down the beautiful wood floor with care. I would use them again if I needed to.

We have used Creative Floors for 2 different homes we bought in the Orlando area. Creative Floors installed hardwood floors throughout our Bay Hill home & the floors were fabulous! Later, we had a water leak on our wood floors in our new house & Creative floors replaced that flooring & installed hardwood flooring in our his/her closets as well. So, so much better than the carpet that had been in those closets. Love working with Nancy & everyone at Creative Floors & remember Nancy’s husband Bill fondly! They always go the extra!

The installers were the stars of this transaction, my sales person Bob overstated the process ( my installers words not mine). He said one thing during the “sale” and another thing when problems arose. And his answer to the whole issue was, discuss with the installer. Never called to follow up, never called to see if I was happy, just didn’t seem to care too much. It definitely had a “transactional” feel to it instead of a company that cared. We got your money so now we don’t have time for you. I was really hoping this would be a home run. Unfortunately it was not. It’s ok, I can “live” with it but I saved for a long time to get this done, just wish it would of been an “A” experience instead I got a C-. Like I said the installers were great, they went above and beyond. I was just set up with lofty expectations from the sales person that it did not live up to.

Carpet quality was good. Instalation was poor. Seam are showing and tape in some areas can be seen. Carpet is now almost 3 years old.

I needed Creative Floors to help me solve an issue that resulted in two previous vinyl floors buckling in my condo. (Both floors were installed by another company) Their sign says "It pays to consult the experts" and that is what I found them to be. Bob, Bobby, Kyle and Marselo helped me resolve a moisture issue in the slab of my unit. Exterior drainage was the cause. The damaged floor was removed and sealer applied. I had chosen tile to replace the vinyl. Marcelo was an expert craftsman along with his two assistants in installing the new floor. They took incredible care while they were working and went over and above the call of duty. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend going to Creative Floors. I have a beautiful floor with peace of mind. Thank You.
