When I bought glasses in Hollywood, she replaced one of my sunglasses because it didn’t have a label on it. I didn’t notice that the salesperson gave me the wrong pair. Then I found out about the problem in Epcot and went to the big store to ask the staff to exchange it. They checked for me for a long time and told me that the sunglasses were not in their records. I was very confused. I bought them at Disneyland, how could they not have them? I really needed the same style of sunglasses, and their mistake made me very frustrated and unhappy. I didn’t get the style I wanted in the end.

Creations Shop is located in Disney's Epcot and is one of the largest Disney merchandise stores on Walt Disney World. It is well-lit and airy with bright lighting and high ceilings. Easy to navigate, even when busy. Great selection of Disney branded merchandise, including housewares, clothing, collectibles, jewelry, accessories, etc. Fun-to-shop Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney Princess sections. Two large cashier counters. Shipping available! Tip: Use Mobile Checkout if the lines are long.

As I am a DISNEY ANNUAL PASSHOLDER... Creations is one of my favorites. I absolutely LOVE this store inside EPCOT CENTER - WALT DISNEY WORLD, ORLANDO, FL. It's one of my favorites to shop and see what the latest DISNEY new arrival items are... the atmosphere of the store is amazing and the music sounds take you to great shopping moments with family, friends or even like me "by myself" on your faborites themes. I absolutely LOVE to hang around here weekly... I love EPCOT PARK and CREATIONS without one of my favorite spots in Orlando, Fl. Have fun shopping and dont worry about credit card bill while in here... Smiles ?

Nice store, had lots of merchandise. However it feels like you are at Disney Springs and not at a park. Has lost that uniqueness with the remodel from Mouse Gears.

on this account i review places as a service dog handler and a new ambulatory wheelchair user. this is a pretty easy to navigate shop though some of the displays are very close and i can’t stay in my chair(the magnets and such).it’s one of the bigger shops, it also has some of the trendier new items. if you’re looking for something new, check here.

Oh, the Creations Shop at Epcot is a true gem! As a seasoned traveler with three energetic kids, I'm always on the lookout for unique gift shops. This place exceeded my expectations. The vibrant atmosphere and diverse selection of souvenirs cater to all ages. From trendy Disney merch to artsy home decor, they have it all! The friendly staff adds a personal touch to the experience. A definite must-visit for families seeking memorable keepsakes. Love it!

Bright, airy, and spacious with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, Creations Shop near Epcot's main entrance is a huge improvement. Its predecessor was Mouse Gear, which felt cramped and stuck in the 1990s. I don't feel "rushed" to browse because Creations is that much more spacious, so I'm more likely to shop & take my time shopping. Also, I love the sleek new mannequins and the mural artwork on the walls. Cool store!

Lots of variety and selection of what you can get. Focuses more on creative gifts such as 3D puzzles. I liked the puzzles and mugs.

The reason I decided to leave a review for this store is solely on the great experience we had with our cashier Trinh . She was so sweet and helpful !

Located inside of Disney's Epcot. Admission required. This store is located toward the front before you enter World Showcase. This store has everything you could be looking for: Festival merchandise, kids' clothing and toys, pet supplies, trading pins, Alex and Ani, Starbucks cups, Loungefly bags, and sections dedicated to Star Wars and Pixar. There's even fitting rooms if you need to try on something before buying it. Also, a bottle beverage cooler is in here if you need a cold drink. Currently (March 2023), you'll also find the 50th anniversary, 100th anniversary, and the Vault collection here.

Wide variety of merchandise. Cast members are friendly and helpful. Have noticed price increases on most items. Minnie ears have increased prices by $5.00, for instance. Can be crowded at times, but items are neatly displayed to attract attention. It's worth the time to walk through, but if you're watching your budget, it might be best to walk on by all of the shops!
