On April 3rd my wife was rear ended in her 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport. A pick up truck rear ended a suv behind her and with the inertia of the accident both vehicles hit her. Within just a couple of days the pick up trucks insurance called us about getting the vehicle repaired. A rental car was prearranged by their insurance and on April 22nd when she dropped her Jeep off, the rental was ready. The check in process for her vehicle was quick and simple. The staff were very receptive, friendly & professional. As they assessed the damage she received automatic updates by text & email giving her a piece of mind opposed to wondering where they were in the process. On May 2nd we received that her vehicle would be ready for pick up on the next day. She was unable to make the pick up that day due to Dr appointments so I stopped by to inspect their work. When we walked out to where the vehicle was parked we came upon the right side of the vehicle which was also part of the claim. I was impressed by the paint job. It was very nice. I moved to the back of the vehicle and was wowed once again. To partially paint a 10 year old vehicle and make it match without showing lines is extremely difficult. Their paint guy did a very good job. On my visit the staff were very receptive, friendly and professional again. On Saturday May 4th she went to pick up her vehicle and was blown away by the quality of work. She was even surprised by the fact that they also vacuumed out her vehicle. We highly rate this company and if the need ever rose again, The Crash Champions would be our choice for repairs.

WHATEVER YOU DO. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Save yourself the stress.They will take FOREVER to fix your car.They will halfway do the job.They will cause EXTRA damages to your vehicle.Which prolongs you getting your car back even more.I would go into details about my horrific experience but I’ve already lost enough time dealing with this.I repeat TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!
