Arrived in the morning, waited a long time to check in, hours.There is no mineral water in the room, no lunch is provided.

I'm now used to paying for coffee at a hotel. Took forever to check in, clerks having lots of problems. Guest's reservation number won't come up, so it caused quite a kerfuffle. Bistro needs better management, more help, something.

Rooms: Rooms are a bit dated. Hard to find working plugs to charge multiple devices. Just needs an updating and it will be a very conveniently located and typical Courtyard.
