Check in 5:30 am check out 5:00pm … you have to come here with a lot patience. Bad place ! No Overnight parking, you have to park at 6 min away RaceTrack Truck Stop and pay 20 box a day. Good Luck Truckers ?

Checked in at 8:30 AM after being rushed by the broker to get there before 9 o’clock. Got a door right away did not start unloading my truck until 1230 1 o’clock and then about 4 o’clock. They started loading my truck back up come to find out they loaded half of the truck back up because they said some of the product was poor quality, which was not the case product was still good I think they did not have enough room for storage. The people that work here are very slow they take more breaks than a construction worker. It is a little tight to get in if there are other trucks already in the door..You must park on the street and then walk to check in. I would avoid coming to this place again. as well, there is no overnight parking.

Was Parked on the lot since 5pm got the ok from day shift manager and night shift supervisor some guy walked up beating on the door telling me I have to move I told him no I been here since 5 this man sat until the night shift head manager came out just to make me move note the spot is free nothing to go in it now I’m on the street in the middle turning lane with their product never come to this place small hardly anyone speaks English and took a trucker 9 hrs to get unloaded

All I can say is…arrive around 4:45am. Stop in the middle of the track to be one of the first. The staff are not bad, they are good, treat with respect and you will be respected. Good Peoples.

Drivers don't come into this place this is the more garbage place in the world these people know how they don't even idea what is a truck driver that be in the truck for more than 15 days he don't these people don't really care that you be waiting for more than 7 hours he called for loads and he don't even have a space in the freezer for put the stuff inside make you way outside he don't want any wheel outside you want to be in the truck stop the money is saying he's going to call the police that you'll be parking outside

waste of time, got in at 5:50 am was given door right away so I'm thinking great, 12pm comes along still waiting to unload go in and ask them eta, young man there very polite says I'm waiting on them to give ok then I'll unload so maybe another hour, around 1:30 pm they tell me they refuse load, so literally sat at the door with open doors running reefer for over 7 hours for them to tell me we don't want it. Place is a pain to back in to also since there's trailers and trucks everywhere and they take half a day to do agriculture inspection on a pallet also there are no appointments so don't listen if the broker tells you otherwise they're lying another guy there was complaining to one of the bosses here and he straight up told him they never have appointment is first FCFS.

Can't check in on property, have to park in the street. Then go to truck stop up the road to wait for hours for a phone call

Yesterday I went at 4am and already there was a line. They send me to the truck stop and at 3pm they tell me I have to come today. I get there today at 3:30 am they tell me I can’t be there till 5am. I come back at 5am is 12:00 pm still they haven’t unload my truck. And it’s been 2 hrs I’m at the door and no one haven’t touched not one pallet. I believe this is a huge disrespect tours truck drivers.

Don’t take any loads to this location.They have no appointments. Open at 5 am.Make sure you have PO # on your BOL, they wont you check in without that number, even if you in the list, and they see the shipper in their list.Doesn’t worth any money.Broker says appointment 06:00.Check in 05:40 amGot call 15:00Paperwork 17:00.

They don’t have truck parking not even for them who came here to delivery or pick up very slow unloading they took 5 hours to unload my trailer but they do have restrooms to use thats the only good thing I have seen

This place takes the prize of the worst places to make a delivery, they do not respect, is not parking ,no restrooms.those they receive are disrespectful, they talk to you in a bad way, they told me at 7 am that it would take between 6 and 8 hours to unload. Only 3 trucks in this place. Please do not come to this place!!!!!!!!

This place is so slow, they only have 4 doors and you will find yourself park outside. We arrive before 6A.M and got out around 3P.M. Broker won't pay detention
