This place is so bad. I have no idea how they're still in business for a simple DOT there were two people in the waiting room sat there for an hour. The lady that took me back and took my vitals was fine then they stick in the room waiting for the doctor. I sat there for over two hours. I finally got set up and I will contact my employer, Keg and let them know what kind of business they do horrible I wouldn't take my dog here

i came in for a DOT Physical and waited nearly 3 hrs to see the medical examiner, Henry Cassandra. I just finished a 15hr shift before I came in so I was a little tired. after waiting for so long I nodded off because the examiner took forever. when she did arrive, she saw me sleep, her immediate response was not hello how are you, but you know your going to have to take a sleep apnea test for sleeping. this is the most disrespectful facility to working people. the level of inconsiderate staff is appalling. I will not be coming back here again.

Service was a very good experience, only downside was the long wait once you are in a room, other than that very professional and very quick and concise with their exams

Terrible service. Had too wait 5 hours for a blood test. Terrible experience all the way around. Don’t care about clients time. Had too hold my pee for 2 hours before they took me back for a urine test.

I had to go to this site for a per-employment blood test and drug screening. The facility is clean, roomy, TV's on, makes it comfortable. They have coffee, and water available in waiting room. The staff was polite and helpful. My technician was Michelly Guzman. She was polite as well. Did her job well, and was responsive to my questions as to things like what are these tests? what they mean, etc. I like many other hate needles, and blood being drawn, so less pain the better! Michelly did the insertion quickly an with very little pain, as she was talking to keep my mind off of it. I didn't even end up with a mark, nor any clotting. can't even tell I had it done. So, kudos to her.

Very clean up-to-date facility. Even though I had to wait an hour to get a physical, I was a walk-in in the room was full when I got there so given that The wait really wasn’t bad. Everyone was super friendly, in the future if I need urgent care, I will be revisiting

I went for a minor injury from work at like 11:30, and wasn't seen until 2:00pm then left at 4:00pm Staff was nice, clinic was clean but I'm greatful that I wasn't more hurt.
