Had to wait 3 hours for our rooms to be ready when they was told we would be there by 9..we had been up all night driving.Nearby activities: Within walking distance to souvenir shops and restaurantsSafety: In a nice area..Walkability: Accessible to food and shoppingNoteworthy details: Was doing renovation on hotel..not alot of room for buses to park. It was horrible trying to park everyday after we picked up our groups.

Good option.Good rooms, clean and quiet.It is close to everything you need, places to eat, shop, pharmacies, visit, entertainment, gas station, etc, etc, etc.Rooms: The rooms are simple and comfortable, everything is cool, clean and functional.Nearby activities: It is close to everything you need, places to eat, shop, pharmacies, visit, entertainment, gas station, etc, etc, etc.

NOT a 3-star hotel. Due to location, hotel is well used. Furniture is worn with drawers that won’t close, pillows are cheap and not supportive. Worst of all, the “free” hot breakfast consisted of 3 waffle makers (which you make yourself) one pan of scrambled eggs & one pan of sausage links. They saved any leftover sausage links to serve the next day. This breakfast menu never changed either. Our stay was 5 days. We bypassed the “free” breakfast after day 3. Couldn’t believe they didn’t change the menu up after spending $179 night!!!Nearby activities: Close to the Disney parks and Universal Studios.Food & drinks: Worst of all, the “free” hot breakfast consisted of 3 waffle makers (which you make yourself) one pan of scrambled eggs & one pan of sausage links. The hotel is average. Only scrambled eggs for breakfast. Sausages and yogurt. I missed vegetables, cheese or ham.The room had a fridge and was big. It had a bathtub.

A great hotel to stay at. Close to outlets and universal. The breakfast is very industrialized. The rooms are not luxurious, but you can sleep, they are clean and the bed is comfortable.Nearby activities: Close to international driveWalkability: I recommend renting a car.

Hotel under renovation. But it's dirty, they don't clean the rooms properly. Breakfast with very few options. Old elevator and slow to arrive.

Beds were a little on the hard side rooms were clean breakfast bar was good for a quick bite very busy though just stayed ther overnite so we didn't have a long drive back

DO NOT STAY HERE. I saw all of the great reviews and booked because of that. I booked a king room, and the first room they gave me...someone was in it. I thought it was weird that there was a do not disturb sign on it, then when I tried opening the door, it had the chain lock on it. So I went to the lobby and it was more concerning that they had no idea who was in it. So they gave me another room and it was 2 double beds, which I didn't pay for...so I went downstairs again and asked for another room. The third room they gave me was under construction. There were no blinds, there were work clamps on the desk, drawers were left open, and it was damp in the room. The employees were apologetic and gave me a refund for my stay, and we left. Only nice thing was the bathrooms were nice and they have free breakfast. Overall I felt unsafe there and felt like I was going to get tossed room to room.

do not use this hotel, used priceline, and had paid my taxes and fees for my 2 nights, went to hotel, and they charged me a hotel fee, what a rip off hotel is also ran

I slept here for not even a couple of hours before we ran out of here after I found rouches crawling all over my daughter ! I wasn’t going to say anything about the ants all over the sink as I was washing my hands but when I seen roaches I couldn’t take it and couldn’t leave any faster I am so mad hoping I didn’t bring any with me ! Also I wanted to change the date and at first gave me a hard time having me call back a a couple times I will never come back !
