I don't know how these people sleep at night. They wanted to charge $60 for a nebulizer mask. My nebulizer machine cost $50 and included everything. Sad there are not reputable medical supply stores in a large city like orlando. Shameful.

Stopped in with a Dr order for a knee scooter on 7/3. Told them I would be back on 7/6 because I was going to see if someone had one I could just borrow. I found one and never went back. On 8/3 a knee scooter was delivered to my house. I am being charged $700 for a scooter you can get on Amazon for $80. I have called 8 times and keep being told the manager is not in. They take down my information and never get a call back. I have also left messages and sent emails.

My wife of 50 years, recently had a full Glossectomy (removal of the tongue). She cannot take any food orally. All her nutrition and meds, have to be administered through a JPEG Tube. She consumes 168 cartons a month (7Cases/24 cartons per case). She will be on this formula, likely for the rest of her life. Gilgal Medical has been the most reliable, professional and always on time supplier I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We feel so grateful to have them involved with her care and well-being. They are TERRIFIC!

If I could leave less than a '1' I would. My mother was not well and needed a wheelchair immediately...on a weekend when no other place was open. The person on the phone knew this. When I arrived, the chair I requested was all of a sudden damaged and he presented me with a lower level one. I really had no choice. I found out later that the chair retailed everywhere else, including Amazon for $300. He started to ring it up for $700!! My son spoke up and he lowered it to $600. That is still double the suggested retail. He took advantage of me when I had no other option. Shame on you!! SHAME ON YOU!!

I had a nightmare getting my equipment until the order was sent to Gilgal. Within about a week they fixed the mistake on the order with my Doctor and had my equipment on it's way. I was going to wait to post this review until it arrived so I could brag with photos, but I would've forgotten and at this point I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks for calling me back Tom!

T he insurance paid this company for a bed and an air mattress I get a bill from them for Rental of the said equipment for $2200.00. 1K for air mattress,1,200 for bed.. the insurance company has paid them. Crooks R Us should be their Name.. They got a whole lot of different company names but they are the same crooks, put me in a collection agency. They try to intimidate , Can't keep their lies straight rather they try and confused you. They lied and said I needed a bed to get the air mattress that's the insurance requirements. Upon my questions ,Ed said that insurance would pay for the bed but not the mattress so therefore they will bill me for the mattress. Remember 1st this was rental. I asked how the insurance going to require the bed and then not pay for the mattress, the prescription from the doctor was for a air mattress. Not a bed. Explain that to meWent into that we will get back in touchAnd they want to come and get the equipment .The air mattress they provided started leaking air.I got the same one for $60.00 and the insurance paid them $150.00 and plus the rep from insurance company said they billed them twice and upon review had to send money back to the insurance company.Crooks R Us & Companyfor

This place is a rip off. I had purchased pull ups and a bath chair, the pull ups never came and the bath chair did not fit my tub. The man saids he would be no problem with bringing the things back if there was a problem but when we did bring the chair back he was very rude and said we would have to talk to the manager HE IS THE OWNER WHAT THE WORLD IS GOING ON!!! Then he clam he was on the phone with the manager he was on the phone with his wife!!! It’s like people takeAdvantage of the disabled and the prices already high for us but to rip people off is just bad business. I got my money back for the pull ups I never got but not for the shower chair I can’t use 300 gone. Then then We found out they have no refunds and no exchanges. Very sad when people get one check a month you can’t trust anyone these days. Good thing I got the receipt and his phone number where I text his wife and she said I can get my money back or I would have lost that money to. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!

If I could leave a negative 100 I would. Be careful when dealing with this business. They are by far the worst and rudest company I have ever dealt with. I have been a laryngectomy patient for 7 years and have gotten my supplies for the last 6 years through direct delivery from the manufacturer of these supplies and all was well. Unfortunately my insurance company made a policy change in 2022 and made me order through GilGal and it has been nothing short of a disaster. In January I received no supplies, in February and March my supplies were all wrong and I had to return everything. They billed me in the following months for supplies I never received or were never ordered by my physician and when this was brought to the attention of a guy called Tom he was extremely rude and not interested at all in rectifying the billing problem. Multiple erroneous charges were added to my bill every month and I can provide the shipping manifest of what I received and the erroneous bills from Tom at GilGal. Be very careful in dealing with this company and examine your bill very carefully cause they will scam you out of your money if you don’t pay attention. This company has a very fraudulent business operandi and will be very rude and difficult to deal with when it has been brought to their attention. I have all the paperwork in place to substantiate my claim. They might contest this very negative review but believe me they are a bunch of frauds that scam the insurance and the patients. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

I had called Friday evening to rent a wheelchair Saturday morning. I verified that they were going to be open even though this is Memorial Day weekend, I was told no problem they were opening at 9 and to ask for John. I got there a 10:30, although the Open Sign was on, all the doors were locked. While I was there trying to find an alternate store 3 other cars stopped by.

Such rude people. I took my mom in to try walkers. The gentleman was really not wanted to help fit my mom or adjust height. When she said she felt uncomfortable there, I went to take a picture of one she liked and both the employees aggressively approached us and accused me of coming in just to 'test drive', which was not the case. I decided to find the item online and then realized the reason for their attitudes. The walker they were selling for 699.00 is available for under 300.00. Shame on them for scamming older people.Update: I read your response to my review and you are ABSOLUTELY lying! We were there for a maximum of 15 minutes and probably closer to 10 minutes, if that. My mom walked with 2 walkers and you were walking with us. I asked if it could be adjusted to her height and YOU, sir, moved the upwalker one notch down as it was not initially even on both sides. My mom wanted to leave because you acted bothered by us and that is when I was going to take a picture of the 2nd walker so I could see the dimensions of it (as I told you we needed a narrow one). Y'all became aggressive and said 'we know what you're doing' and 'you can't test drive'. We were there only to hopefully purchase a suitable walker for my mom. I'm shocked you would lie to make us look bad. Shameful!

I had an excellent experience at this store in Orlando. It is close to the hospital, easy to get to (easy access and good parking!) and the people were wonderful at helping me find the right equipment. They have a large showroom, with a variety of equipment to choose at a variety of prices. It was really nice to be able to actually see the choices of equipment in person and have their help with recommendations. Their knowledge was invaluable and their help in making the right adjustments was critical. I highly recommend this place and these people.

God bless this place. They were extremely compassionate with my mom! They were really caring and attentive to her needs and they were even kind enough to discount her for her arm sleeve. I recommend this place and I pray thier business prospers. They went far and beyond in service. Thank you Gilgal!
