We have been leasing a space at College Park Commerce Center for a little over 4 years and have had a great experience. The owner, Steven, is diligent in keeping the facilities safe and clean. He has great communication and provides exceptional support to the businesses that lease with him. We feel fortunate to have had our business located at this warehouse over the years.

My non-profit organization has been leasing space for the past three years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the support received. Leased for 2 years, during that time the owner was most accommodating and understanding of my business. I will say, there was a particular night I had to drop a vehicle off in my warehouse around 10pm. The owner of College Park Commerece Center showed up just to make sure everything was alright. You have to appreciate an owner who is so attentive to the security of the people he leases to, it really does allow you to sleep better at night doing business with someone so professional and caring about his facilities. Always clean, always helpful, and always diligent. Could not suggest his services more, the man really does care for the people and the facilities.

Very positive experience at College Park Commerce Center. Great location with a neighborhood feel, right next to the new Packing District. Clean, safe, well-lit facility. Well maintained property with many long term tenants. Manager/Owner is responsive to any issues or concerns. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to have your business if you have the opportunity! It's clean, safe, friendly, highly professional and the owner Steven is extremely helpful and communicative. I truly enjoyed the time my business was there and highly recommend it to other professionals!
