Pretty amazing Club Wyndham Resort offers Luxury at its finest! Class and Elegance combined together to provide the epitome of memorable vacations with the ability to expand your Ownership on various levels to custom suit your personalized needs. The elaborate venues are situated world wide and include other partners of the Wyndham Brand. Their outstanding operation encompasses a multitude of benefits for Ownership benefits and bonuses. RCI under the Wyndham ownership umbrella doesn’t stop there. You can enjoy special arrangements with travel-flight air fare, cruises etc and a various amount of product and entertainment purchases. I am at the beginning mind shocking stages of how many options and possibilities there are available with Ownership of their products. There is no doubt that Wyndham has their finger on the pulse when it comes to new and exciting expansion ideas and initiatives to continue their extensive growth by catapulting into the horizons of more extensive partnerships and reciprocal agreements with other high end brands and products. My visit to Bonnet Creek was fascinating. The Upper Level Management, Manager, Asst Manager and Sales Staff hold the utmost professionalism and an incredible transparent disclosure of all particulars. They welcome questions, ensure answers and are friendly and very knowledgeable. The support staff is equally as efficient. Club Wyndham is an excellent choice to consider. If you choose Bonnet Creek you will be totally enamored and delighted. Orlando Florida is one of the best locations! Enjoy !!

CJ calls me at work and says I won a Visa gift card and a 4 day free stay at a Wyndham property. This screams SCAM to me. She says I should call my husband at work - after reading these reviews…probably to sell me some stupid vacation contract. Gets super pushy about it. What is wrong with these people?!

Anything that Wyndham sells is a SCAM! Being able to book at their resorts is nearly impossible. I have sent multiple letters and attempted many phone calls, but I can't get a respond from any employees to my inquiries. I have had this contract for almost a year, and I haven't taken a vacation with them. It's a WASTE OF MONEY!!! DO NOT SIGN!!!

My husband and I were coerced into purchasing a 2 year vacation plan.We were talked into putting the purchase price on a credit cardThe salesperson told us that we could apply for a Wyndhan credit card at ZERO% interest ( which we were told we were approved for) and when we received the credit card, we could transfer the vacation purchase to that card.We didn't arrive home for almost 2 weeks after that. When we retrieved our mail, we discovered that we had not been approved for the Wyndham credit card.Wyndham refused to return our purchase money.Never try to deal with this company. They are crooks!

My name is Julio Cesar and I’m filling this complaint because of miss provided information. I got q certificate confirmation number: A1900002118796001This certificate was provided to me with the promise of being able to book any of the accommodations in selected locations, Las Vegas being one of the participating locations, and with the only requirement of paying the resort/hotel fees. When it was time for me to redeem my certificate I decided to go to Las Vegas and I proceeded to login in the website to book my reservation. I choose Cancun Las Vegas a Hilton Vacation club as the destination without knowing that there was going to be a “upgrade fee” (I don’t see any upgrades in the building.) I completed my booking by paying $600+ dollars that I thought was already the resort fee, just to find out when I got to the place that, what I paid for, was not the fees to the resort but, something they call upgrade fee. Nobody EVER told me in the 3 times I was in contact with you, that there was such a fee for an upgrade. I’m filling this complaint because of misleading and Miss provided information. If only I would’ve know there was such a thing like that, I would’ve pick a different location because honestly, this place isn’t even what it looks on the pictures. It is urgently required that you inform correctly your customers. This is ridiculous that I had to pay more than 600 dollars to you just to be able to book this place thru your website and on top of that, another resort fee of 300 plus the refundable one. If I were to look by myself on this place it would’ve cost me, if not less, around the same amount I paid at the end. I see no reason for the damn certificate then. I am requiring someone takes action into this matter please!!

I bought a package of 105 points and that is only enough for 2 nights, the seller paints you a mute color and the truth is it is a dark world, I feel more scammed. Please make sure that all those people who are seeing the comments do not comment on the same mistake that we made, it is the worst. ?

Never, and I mean never, take anything this place is selling. Once you realize it’s a mistake, it will be too late and you will have to jump through endless hoops and continue to spend money to get out of it. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!

Wyndham is garbage! Worst “investment” ever. Our experience with them had been nothing short of a disaster. It all starts with a high-pressure sales meeting and once you’re locked in, they try and get you to attend more and more meetings! If Wyndham cared about their owners, they’d give you the proper package the first time you buy; instead of constantly getting us to upgrade to enhance our experience. Beware of their “owners’ orientations”! They lied about priority booking and they lied about the “free” vacation we were promised. You would think a prominent name like Wyndham would mean quality resorts and value but as it turns out it’s all just a swindle. I highly recommend avoiding buying Wyndham timeshare and don’t bother staying at the properties. If there was a way to rate them lower than 1 star I absolutely would! NEVER would have done business with them if I knew their true intention and their lousy availability!
