Poor customer service, equipment did not work as intended. rented scooter for use at theme park and dies after 2 hrs and battery wouldn’t charge. Customer service doesn’t answer phone calls or text messages when needed. Ended up leaving scoot with theme park and renting one of their scooters for remainder of the day.

Very nice people to deal with. Wheelchair was clean and in working order. They came on time to deliver and pick up. Would definitely use again.

The wheelchair I rented for my 90-year-old mother, provided in Orlando, was of poor quality, very heavy, unstable, crooked, and put the person using it at risk. This is because I rented a lightweight wheelchair.
I had back pain during my stay in Orlando from lifting so much weight.
It is unfortunate that a company like yours provides a damaged wheelchair.

Our family rented a four seater golf cart. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It was fully charged and held charge the entire week. The golf cart was extremely nice. Cloud of Goods was very responsive and made sure we had no issues.

By far the greatest service I have ever received. They are super sweet and understanding. Had to extend the pick up time to later today and they were fine with it. I have had people ask where I rented it from and I have told everyone about this company and they are renting from here as well. My sister works for Disney travels agents and she is also telling her customers about this place because of me. If I ever have to rent again I’ll be renting from here. I love them!

Terrible experience had the scooter for a few days did not work. They were supposed to deliver it on time. They delivered it late one day they were supposed to pick up the scooter and they came at 11 PM while I was sleeping in the hotel. It broke down several times I called for repair. They said they would come, but they never did. We had no use of this and the service was terrible. The person that they make you speak to is the Subcontractor with no results they charged me $216 and I had zero service. I had to take my husband into a manual wheelchair and drive him around. He was very difficult and I’m sorry I even used this service. I would not recommend it at all ever. And they would not refund my money or give me any credit.
