I don't really have any problems at this circle k with the exception that there is never any paper for receipts at the gas pumps. I would really be happy if there was paper at the pumps for the receipt because I come here every time and every time I have to go in and get a receipt from inside. We're in new times and you have the technology so please use it it would really make our life easy.

I recently stopped shopping this store because they no longer carry Edgefield cigarettes. They claim they do not sell very well but it is no wonder, at this store they have absolutely no signage showing they carry them AND they keep them out of sight, stored under the counter AND most of the cashiers have no idea where they are or that they even exist. So many times I was told they did not have them at all and I had to tell them where to look.

Adonis is wonderful . He is the sweetest guy I’ve known to work at this store. No one has the right to judge him and calling him fat and black, this sounds very personal, and racist.Lol ! I’ve never seen this store so clean in the last 3 months , his staff is INCREDIBLE ! They are all nice and respectful and have great customer skills ! This is my favorite store and I love the people here especially the new store manager.

Absolutely true! The fat black guy is a menace! Everyone else is always nice, but I don't even want to go there because of him! He is rude every single time, and remarkably stupid. I asked him to print my finalized gas receipt, he didn't know how to do it and started screaming at me. Finally, another associate came to the rescue, and it took him two seconds. This guy does not deserve to have a job!

About a month ago I inquired of the franchisee of the CircleK/Shell station at 3096 Curry Ford Rd in Orlando, why they were often out of Diet Coke fountain drinks. He informed that he was only ordering one canister and if I wanted him to order an additional one, I could pass for it. Trying to understand his logic, I said “I would think since you are often out of it, if you ordered another one you would sell more. He rudely reiterated that if I wanted him to order more, I could pay for it. I felt he was disrespectful in the way he spoke to me and reported it to corporate. I went back in the series yesterday and as I was waiting in line to pay for my item, he looked up and said “Oh, Sherry you’ve been trespassed. So apparently CircleK/Shell’s way of dealing with customer complaints is just to ban them from the store. I urge you to take your business to the Circle K/Shell on Conway and Lake Underhill, where it is better appreciated.

July 19, 2023 9:40 pm. I went into the place to buy some urgent things and the cashier didn't want to serve me because I had my dog in my arms. That you could only enter with pet dogs but I never saw an advertisement prohibiting the entry of pets. And the gentleman is one of the rudest. Very abrupt dark-skinned man.

I love Circle K stores. I can always count in circle K for the best deals, great food, and always being open while driving long distances throughout the night. Unfortunately, this store has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Let’s start with the fact that the associate (big fat black guy) randomly locked the door on me as I was approaching the store to get food & use the bathroom. I’ve never frequent this location nor do I know the associate. My tire popped and I’m waiting for the used tire shop to open in a hr. I love a hour away from Orlando in Palm Bay FL. He was very rude and didn’t want didn’t want my service. This happened on July 29th at 7:20am. Once I turn around & started walking away, I see him open the store up to other customers. Im so confused & upset because I walked almost a mile while my husband & kids wait in the car at the tire shop to receive some breakfast. There was no signs or any indications that the store had a maintenance issue or cleaning.I just drove from South Carolina, ended up with a flat and as I’m waiting to get serviced by the used tire shop…… I couldn’t rely on Circle K unfortunately. Now I will take my service elsewhere.

The guy working the afternoon shift is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. He had an attitude for no reason because he had to do his job. Let me sit at the register for almost 5 min before he took my money. He was just standing there sending a text message. It was not busy. If you don’t like your job find a new one because customer service is not your thing. He needs to be fired asap.

Sunday at 3:24pm, door is locked! Two employees walking around smiling at people knocking on the door. The entire parking lot is filled with customers leaving. I will do this managers job, please feel free to contact me.
