After going into the shop, and honestly having no clue what to buy since I’m new to cigars I met with Jason the shop manager. He took the time to ask me so he can get to know what I like and was so professional and friendly at walking me through the different cigar builds and flavors until I found the one I like. Let me tell you that it was an amazing cigar and paired well with a cup of coffee just like he recommended! I will definitely be coming back and am super pleased with Jason and his willingness to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Cheers!

Place Sucks!!!! Terrible selection and service is non existent. Employee there blew smoke in our face at the register. Won't ever go back.

Have to give a shout out to Ray at Cigarz at Waterford. I've been there three (3) times in the past month, Ray's been there twice and has been more than friendly and accommodating with the selections and what I'm looking for and even had me try some new sticks. Love the location and selection you all have. Wish you had a drink selection other than sodas but that's probably better off that way :) Thanks for all you guys do and the tremendous variety of sticks you all have. Will be back soon!

Great selection of cigars, staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A nice local place to relax, smoke, watch a game, or even play some pool.

Good selection but dude at front didn't even greet us and we were only ones there. Brother couldn't find a DE Java, asked, dude could of cared less. I replaced my 2 sticks, and we walked out...
