Kali is the best! My account was suspended and not allowed to continue with autopay for no obvious reason. Kali is a peach. She took the pymt. Followed up with my account the next morning to remove the autopay suspension. Then went the extra mile to text me back to inform me all is resolved this morning. Great customer service to go above and beyond! Thank you so very much, Kali.

I decided to shop new auto and home insurance rates and used a "comparison" website to gather quotes from various companies. A few sent me quotes based on the standard questionnaire but Conor actually called me, listened to my needs, asked questions and then shortly after, sent me a quote based on who I am, my coverage requirements. The Chris Vella Agency, specifically Conor, won my respect for professionalism and knowledge! And Lisy for her assistance in keeping me organized. They made the process painless. As a retired professional I highly recommend calling them first.

Adam was a very personable guy who relates to you much better than those usual people who stick to their scripts. While a little heavy handed in pitching State Farm vs the competition, he did go the extra distance to get a more beneficial deal for my son, so we appreciate that.
