BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! SO WE BOUGHT A HOUSE WITHOUT GUTTERS (AS USUAL IN FLA) AND THIS COMPANY, CHOICE GUTTERS WAS RECOMMENDED TO US. THEY GAVE US A QUOTE BY LOOKING THROUGH GOOGLE MAPS OF OUR PROPERTY (MEANING THEY NEVER CAME IN PERSON TO THE HOUSE) THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG. SO BEING THAT I WAS DESPERATE FOR GUTTERS CAUSE IT WAS THE RAINY SEASON, I TOLD THEM TO COME ON OUT AND DO THE JOB. THEY CAME A WEEK OR SO LATER, 2 YOUNG MEN AND DID THE JOB. THEY WERE POLITE AND SEEMED THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY GOT DONE AND I PAID THEM. IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK OR 2 BUT WHEN I WAS OFF, I ANSWERED THE FRONT DOOR ONE DAY WHILE IT WAS RAINING AND NOTICED THAT ONE OF THE CORNER SEEMS WERE DRIPPING BADLY( LEAKING). TOLD MY WIFE TO GET A HOLD OF CHOICE GUTTERS ( BEING THEY TOLD US WHEN WE PAID THEM, "YOU HAVE A 7 YEAR WARRANTY") (THAT IS BS. ) SO SINCE THEN, MY WIFE CALLED AND SPOKE TO A WOMAN WHO SAID SOMEONE WILL BE OUT, BUT THAT DAY NEVER CAME( WE'RE STILL WAITING). THEN MY WIFE CALLED AGAIN, AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, SO NOW THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE FIRST TIME, NOW EITHER BLOCKED US OR WAS IGNORING US. BY NOW IT'S BEEN OVER 2.5 MONTHS I HAD ANOTHER GUTTER COMPANY COME OUT AND HE JUST SHOWED US SOME OTHER MISTAKES THAT CHOICE MADE DURING THERE INSTALLATION OF MY GUTTERS. COME TO FIND OUT SOME OF THE GUTTERS ARE SHORT, CROOKED, AND LEAKING. SO, TILL THIS DAY CHOICE GUTTERS HAS NEVER RETURNED CALLS OR SENT ANYONE OUT. GOING WITH CHOICE GUTTERS WAS THE WRONG CHOICE FOR US. IT'S ALL ABOUT PRINCIPLE. US THE ( CUSTOMER) WHEN YOUR DISHING OUT OVER $1200 BUCKS AND YOU TELL US 7 YR WARRANTY, STAND UP TO YOUR STATEMENTS AND BACK YOUR WORK UP. JUST LIKE WHEN I GO TO WORK. I MUST DO THE SAME THING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, CHOICE GUTTERS!!

Similarly to other reviews Terry was very communicative in the beginning. He asked for $350 deposit up front. I sent him the money via Venmo. He said he would complete the job the following week only to never show and has not responded since then. I have tried to call, text, and send a message via Facebook.

Same as everyone else. Paid my deposit and have been ghosted. He does not respond back by phone or email. I sure hope I can get the money back through my credit card company. I still need gutters.

From my experience, this guy is a scam. Most of his poor reviews are based on never showing up in the first place even to give an estimate, so those people never seem to have been scammed out of their money. However, to my surprise, he responded and came by my house fairly quickly after reaching out. He seemed nice and knowledgeable and willing to work on my quick timeline prior to having my exterior painted. This was also a very very small job as my house had only 2 small gutter lines that needed replacing. I gave 50% upfront for materials (which was common in my experience with other contractors I was working with, who performed their jobs just fine). After that, he never answered my emails, texts or calls. Of course I disputed the charge with my credit card. The whole thing is bizarre because I didn't pay with cash or check, so when the credit card review is complete, he will get the money withdrawn and will be his loss ultimately. The charge was also based off an invoice he provided and all done through his registered business. If you were intentionally trying to scam people, you would think to do so more covertly. Regardless of intention, taking money and not performing the service you were paid for is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terry McFadin accepted my check for $175 on 8/14/2021 as half of the proposed $350 price for installing a rain gutter on one side of my mobile home. He was supposed to return one week later to complete the installation but has never returned, never returned my phone calls, never answered my text nor emails. A scammer is too kind a word for him, I regard him as a common thief who belongs in prison.

Stole our money and never showed up to do the job. Do not use this company! Do not give any money ahead of time until after the job is done! Owner Asked for a deposit of $400 for supplies over the phone. (We had used this company years ago) Communication was poor. He said he would come in a week to do gutters. No call. We the customer had to call and text and leave voicemails to get some sort of communication from Terry McFadden the owner. He would never respond back. He texted once weeks later saying his father was in the hospital. That's it. Still no update on when he would be installing our gutters. This went on for months now. This business does not communicate and is unreliable. Do not use this company. He will not get the job done. But he will take your money.

Terry with Choice Gutters requested I give him a $150.00 deposit for materials. I gave him the deposit and he never completed the job. He took days to respond to text messages and return calls. He said he would complete the job on three separate occasions and was a no show every time. I am currently contesting the $150.00 deposit with my bank since Terry will not issue me a refund. Choose a different company to install your gutters!

**** UPDATED FROM ORIGINAL POST ****I had this company install gutters on my home about 7 months ago. Things went fine at the time...work was good & price was good. About 4 weeks ago one of the down spouts fell off the house. I called them and they said it would be covered in their guarantee and they'd come fix it, GREAT! It ended up taking A LOT of additional attempts at phone calls, texts, scheduling, and no shows before they finally came out to fix it (4 weeks after the initial conversation).I was very happy to get the gutters put on in the first place but overall the communication and follow through was lacking.OVERALL...Pros - work, priceCons - communication, dependability

I like this company. I found the owners to be fair and up front. They know their skill making them capable of any job. This is a honest company.We had our cutters repaired and they did an overall good job.They have a lot of business and tries to get to everyone in a timely manner.I would most definitely recommend them and rehire them in the future if I should need their service.Thanks guys

beware of this company! so we bought a house without gutters (as usual in fla) and this company, choice gutters was recommended to us. they gave us a quote by looking through google maps of our property (meaning they never came in person to the house) this should have been a red flag. so being that i was desperate for gutters cause it was the rainy season, i told them to come on out and do the job. they came a week or so later, 2 young men and did the job. they were polite and seemed they knew what they were doing. they got done and i paid them. it took about a week or 2 but when i was off, i answered the front door one day while it was raining and noticed that one of the corner seems were dripping badly( leaking). told my wife to get a hold of choice gutters ( being they told us when we paid them, "you have a 7 year warranty") (that is bs. ) so since then, my wife called and spoke to a woman who said someone will be out, but that day never came( we're still waiting). then my wife called again, and again and again, so now the woman who answered the first time, now either blocked us or was ignoring us. by now it's been over 2.5 months i had another gutter company come out and he just showed us some other mistakes that choice made during there installation of my gutters. come to find out some of the gutters are short, crooked, and leaking. so, till this day choice gutters has never returned calls or sent anyone out. going with choice gutters was the wrong choice for us. it's all about principle. us the ( customer) when your dishing out over $1200 bucks and you tell us 7 yr warranty, stand up to your statements and back your work up. just like when i go to work. i must do the same thing! stay away from this company, choice gutters!!

After comparing several gutter companies as far as price and reviews, I called Choice gutters to come out. They were a no show on Monday. I called late in the afternoon and was told I was next on their route. Tuesday I called again and was told they had mechanical issues in the afternoon. I never received a courtesy call to say they weren't coming and they never even called. Very unreliable and now I feel they did me the favor by not coming out because I called MVP services (next on my list) and they came out the next morning and did a great job!
