staff is incredibly rude and they even told me to “get the flip out” (their words not mine) I was looking for an engagement ring for my beautiful blonde god of a boyfriend when all of a sudden a man who resembles an ogre kicked me out and told me to never ever never come back. i might come back next week idk probably not

My, what an awful place. Garrett Tilley, who I've known for a very long time, is probably the most honest, kind, intelligent person I know. To accuse him of stealing something is absolutely ludicrous! Because of what you did to him by falsely accusing him of a crime, then asking him to leave, i will NEVER shop at this horrible store with even worse management!!! My rating is actually a big, fat ZERO!!!!

went in here a couple days ago to find my husband a nice ring and all i saw was CHEAP jewelry and everyone was literally hovering over me, to the point i could smell their hot breath. i had such a god awful experience and got into it with one of the managers for accusing me of stealing and she spit on me then started saying we could “take it out to the parking lot”??? idk if she was hitting on me or wanted to fight but she was massive so i was passing either way

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER! Jewelry is not even that good and the customer service is the worst i’ve ever experienced. Don’t go if you don’t wanna be accused of stealing.

Nothing but good things to say about this store! Helped me tremendously and got exactly what I wanted. They also kicked out a dirty thief thug who was up to no good. Kids these days haha anyways would recommend!

This was a horrible experience. My cousin warned me of the place but he’s a taller guy so I assume the owners were just weary. I initially walked in and thought this is a cute set-up. I was there for non-traditional reasons so I was a little nervous. I’ve been with my boyfriend for a while now and decided it was time to propose. I know usually the male does this but it was time, I love him, we are ready, and it’s 2024! I was looking around at the vast selection, walking between men’s and women’s rings because a woman likes to pamper herself as well!!! As I was looking and beginning to settle on my options the owners walked up to me to inform me that they are not stupid and they knew what I was doing. Of course I was confused and I responded with “Excuse me?”. They replied back harshly saying that I had been looking too long so I was obviously trying to steal something. Before I could even inform them of my true intentions they had called security and I was being escorted out of the shop with threats of removal from the mall. My younger cousin, not the original, was walking around playing games, making sure to stay within a few stores of course. If I was escorted out and removed from the mall and something were to happen to him, well, god forbid. This was a horrible experience and I plead to you all man or woman, STAY AWAY!!! My cousin is not intimidating in the slightest and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. It’s sorry to see such a selection, thought, and place go to waste due to such evil lurking. God bless. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible management. So I walked into this business with airpods in, so everytime a worker walked up to me, obviously I had to look over at them, so that happens a few times. 10 or so minutes of looking at the rings, and the owners come up to me and accuse me of stealing, and kicked me out, while taking pictures of me on their actual phones. I get I was in there long, but I told both of the service ladies why I was taking so long. I was torn on a ring, and waiting on a text from my boss to see if I could wear rings on the job. Only been in this mall once, and it was one too many. So my tip, is even though they have a big selection, don't look at all of it, or you'll be threatened by 911 with the owners. Terrible management with subpar jewelry. Direct words from them as they were talking to me, "We seen your actions, we aren't naive, nor born yesterday." The two ladies were ok, but the 2 managers are absolutely terrible, and judgemental. The one that looks like swedish Jessie Pinkman should really consider that having a big selection, means you will be looking for sometime. Hopefully they change their ways. I looked at reviews from this store, and I wasn't the only one accused of thievery

Just went into this store…girl with the half bleached half black hair kept staring at me as if I was going to steal something like she was not letting up just standing there staring. She made the shopping experience terrible and I ended up leaving because I was made to feel so uncomfortable.
