Daniel, Lily and Rosario are always so wonderful, professional, personable, accommodating and they go over and beyond to help out each time. They've been able to fit us in and take care of our banking needs even when we didn't have appointments.

I have been to this drive thru on several occasions. This is located right off of a next to a WaWa's in a Publix shopping center. Get location for when you need last minute cash. The staff has always been courteous on the occasions I have used them. Lines tend to go slow but I am used to that. The branch itself is small compared to most branches. This location also has 1 drive thru ATM.. Looks well maintained from what I can see. Staff was very polite when I have had to deal with the staff. I know I will be returning.

Have been going here for a while now but at this point I'm sick and tired of the lack of things in this place . First of all its been almost 6 months without lake Nona having a drive thru ATM. Which is so annoying to have to get off and be put in a risky situation to deposit money. Today I have had enough. I went inside late at night to deposit money on the ATM inside and IT DOES NOT WORK. I HAD NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO GO. What's the point of having a bank that doesn't even have a working ATM. I have had good experiences with one banker here but the lack of basic common things like taking coins (which they refuse to take unless you take the rolls they provide and go back home and roll every coin yourself. Why is there not a machine for that in a bank?)or having a functional ATM or having to wait over a week to meet with a banker seem to me to be enough of a reason to do my very best not to come to this location.

My family and I are truly grateful for the aid and assistance issued by client banker Susette Reid. I could not give higher praise, out of appreciation, for all the help. She truly went out of her way out of sheer kindness to help my father who while overseas had issues accessing his account and found himself without reception or access to resolve the issue himself. Mrs. Reid truly went through every possible avenue to resolve the issue and within minutes found a way to resolve the problem at hand. Therefore, without question I can say the staff is professional and reliable. I especially highly recommend Mrs. Reid.

This banking center has the worst customer service. They refused service when we went to deposit coins. They wanted us to wrap the coin (which is their job) and I know this because I am in banking as well. Its just craziness to refused money at a bank. I even put them in separate bags that were labeled with each amount and coin value. She just didn't want to count it out cause if the coins are wrapped and its short then she cant get in trouble cause they don't have to open each wrap that they get but if they get lose coin they have to count them and if she's short because she really didn't count it that goes against her. I will be leaving chase bank because this is just one of the many times this branch was awful!
